Discussion on Quality Assurance under Specification of Decoration Engineering Qian Zhenga and Qing Zhaob Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Taiyuan University of Technology, Taiyuan 030024, China a316537730@qq.com, b1623475981@qq.com Keywords: ornamentation; decoration; laws and regulations; hidden troubles; quality assurance Abstract.
Effect of Foundation Engineering on the Decoration.
The main body of the building is the foundation of the decoration engineering, and its quality, construction procedures and technologies, designs and other factors all have influence on decoration engineering.
(a) Non-compliance, excessive error, or hidden trouble of the foundation engineering will inevitably affect the quality of decoration engineering; (b) design and construction of most of the decorations are carried out only after the foundation engineering is completed.
The quality acceptance of building decoration engineering should be strictly in accordance with Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Decoration (GB 50210), Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering (GB 50325) and other related specifications and standard requirements.

The core of engineering education is to train the sense of engineering and the ability of practice and innovation.
The engineering training and practice education is an important part of higher engineering education and the unique way of engineering education in our country.
We divide the practice teaching of engineering training into four levels as engineering cognitive training, engineering practice training, comprehensive training and innovative training, we set “compulsive” and “selective” modules in each level.
And we combine subject character of civil engineering of our college, put building electronic installation and disassembly and maintenance of construction machinery into practice modules of engineering training
Culture of Engineering practice ability of Engineering training teacher Nowadays, Engineering teachers are commonly lack of engineering experience, they solve problems though computers and cannot accomplish real engineering missions according to social needs, therefore they will transmit the character, namely lack of engineering practice ability.[7]Therefore, we must adopt powerful measures to improve the engineering practice ability of them

Loose management influence on engineering quality The control of project quality mainly depends on the management, in order to build engineering, especially the owner, must first overcome the inadequacy in management, give full play to their leading role.
Long construction influence on engineering quality Engineering work on and off or give up halfway, the project quality will be greatly reduced, or even have a hidden danger, affect the normal use of the project.

Research on investment efficiency for capital construction in coal mine Based on Principal Component Analysis Xin Zhao 1, a, Renliang Shan 1,b, Jiaqi Li2, c 1School of Mechanics& civil engineering China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing), 100083, China; 2 School of Management of China University of Mining and technology (Beijing), 100083, China.
Introduction As a large-scale and complicated engineering, capital construction is the essential means of expanding reproduction for coal enterprises.
With the purpose of appraising investment efficiency for coal capital construction, the model in the paper suppose that there are three input indexes and two output indexes affecting construction efficiency, mine construction engineering investment(x1), civil engineering investment(x2), installation engineering investment (x3)and annual average production(y1), production of unit cost (y2), separately.
Bigger positive indexes are better, and smaller for negative indexes, mine construction investment, civil engineering investment and installation engineering investment are negative indexes.
Linear expressions between the two principle components and standardized variables are: (13) (14) In the first principle component, absolute values of coefficientare relatively larger, stating that mine construction, civil engineering and installation engineering have a significant impact on evaluation results.
