Introduction
The ionic liquid is a new kind of materials with the characteristics[1] of wide electrochemical windows, high conductivity, good thermal and chemical stability, viscosity and structural designother which the traditional materials do not have[2-5].
Reline ionic liquid has the characteristics of with water and air stable, easy to prepare, raw materials readily available and non-toxic, high conductivity, wide electrochemical windows.

With the improvement of science and technology in China, and the application of modern professional, factory, mechanical and information means provides sufficient science and technology basis for the transformer design level.
In electronic PSCAD mode, through safely generating the existing objective materials through electronics, we could initially determine the initial program of remote detection, so as to develop feedback analysis, initial program modification and network plan construction in the process of electronic engineering operation based on detection value and experience, so as to carry it out according to the optimal design and construction plan of the project.
