According to the contact angle, the wettability of SBC samples and HCC samples in deionized water is better than that of JCC samples.
As the coal rank increases, the pore volume and water content decrease, so does the content of hydrophilic groups, and the coal wettability decreases thereupon too.
Compared with coal samples in deionized water, the contact angle of the SBC samples treated with SDS solution is remarkably decreased.
A broad absorption peak can be seen in 3100-3600 cm-1 wavelength range, which is assigned to the stretching vibrations of -OH bonds and related to flee water(capillary pore water and surface absorbed water) [11].

Also, the flood propagation and water features of Wujiang cascade reservoirs have been mastered.
The research of dynamic water level control during flood has been carried out, which is put into practice in Dongfeng and Wujiangdu reservoir.
Additional electricity benefit has been achieved by raising water level dynamically under the condition of safety during flood.
Pollution Decreasing Benefit.According to the IPCC (intergovernmental panel on climate change) professional committee recommendations, thermal power Carbon dioxide emissions coefficient 2.46, Sulfur dioxide emissions coefficient 0.0165, nitrogen oxides emissions coefficient 0.0156, soot emission coefficient 0.0096 (unit are all t/tce).
