When re-quantize a signal of low levels, serious distortion may occur due to word length reduction.
Due to the recording's data bits are limited, in order to reduce error accumulation, it must retain higher accuracy in intermediate links of the processing, after finishing processing, the result needs to be truncated and converted into a specific format.
Cut out a section about 31s 44.1kHz / 16bit wav format audio file as a test file, quantify it to 10bit, three methods were used here: quantify it directly, add dither before quantifying and the quantization with dither and using noise shaping, then come out three output files of the original sampling rate; in addition, we also programmed to perform 2 times upsampling treatment to the original audio data, then re-quantify it to 10bit using the above three methods , receive three output files with a sampling rate of 88.2kHz.
When adding proper dither before rounding the audio data, although it can hear background white noise, it has no intermittent or distortion.

The mechanical properties were determined using Instron tensile testing machine with 30kN load cell and strain rate of 10-3s-1 and the work hardening behaviour curves were generated using true stress and true strain data.
Although the data on the formation of mechanical twins had been reported and it is self-evident, the effect of deformation temperature on the formation of mechanical twinning and its influence on the work hardening behaviour has not been fully investigated.
The strain and stress data was monitored using a video extensometer and the work hardening behaviour curves were generated using the true stress and true strain data.
Furthermore, the work hardening behaviour at 300oC and 400oC displayed similar behaviour to the materials with moderate to high SFE, showing a continuously reduction in the work hardening behaviour.

Experimental results indicated that there’s a significant reduction of the wear rate of diamond tools by means of ultrasonic vibration in TC4 turning process.
Figure 2 shows the curves of the influence of ultrasonic vibration frequency and amplitude on tool wear (the experimental data are the tool wear average of three workpieces).

The same experimental design was also used to acquire a data set for ANN.

The original data set (17 runs) was divided into three subsets – training (9 data points), validation (4 data points) and testing sets (4 data points).

The results show that: CODCr removal rate and decolorization rate of landfill leachate reduce with the reduction of the influent pH, the increment of water concentration and the extension of the reaction time; Under the optimized operating conditions: the influent pH of 8.10, the influent CODCr of 16611 mg/L, the reaction time of 90 min, the CODCr removal rate and decolorization rate of landfill leachate reach 56.8% and 83.7%, respectively.
The experimental data are disposed, and the results of these experiments were shown in Fig. 1 (a)—1 (e) and Table 1.
