Up to now, the H2O2, NaClO, ClO2, and ozone water (O3) were the main bacteriostatic agents for food use.
Bacteriostatic agents H2O2, NaClO, ClO2, and ozone water (O3) were used to the sterilization pretreatment assay.
The assessors were composed of eight well trained professional staffs.
Fig.7 Effect of ozone water (O3) processing on aerobic plate count of penaeus vannamei muscle Fig. 8 Effect of ozone water (O3) processing on sensory score of penaeus vannamei muscle Color measurements.
The bacteriostasis rates of ozone water (O3), ClO2, H2O and NaClO method were 99.6%, 92.3%, 91.6% and 35.1% respectively.

The project uses the PC technology, especially the production of the constructional element in the factory, and the installation of the construction in the site and the progress of the operation in the Social field, running water system of the formation of ordered factory jobs.
Economic benefits: (1) Water saving: Industrial production changed the way of concrete conservation to achieve conservation of water recycling
The leak water control of walls, doors and windows is below 0.01%, the surface roughness is in mm gauge, the tolerance of the deviation is less than 0.1%.
During the construction of the project pre-construction enterprise assigned 30 skilled-workers to Japan to learn PC hoisting technology in the construction process, especially in the early stages of the PC for lifting, construction enterprise employ the professional and technical personnel from Kashima, Japanese enterprise as the guidance on-site.

This type of technology are commonly applied in many traditional local-style dwelling houses, for example, water resources recycling in Huizhou dwelling houses’ light court and draft towers in Arabian regions to keep internal cool of a building.
Intermediate technology refers to those mechanical or artificial technologies with a small investment but is very mature, including solar hot water technology, water saving technology, intermediate water recovery technology, energy-saving lighting technology, mechanical ventilation technology, and the constant temperature technology of resources building, etc.
Energy consumption of residential building can be categorized as kitchen use, living hot water, air conditioning, household appliances, lighting energy consumption, and heating consumption particularly in winter northern areas.
Application of Low Carbon Technology in Different Types of Residential Building In facing the above situation, many people with insights and professional knowledge have realized that energy saving and emission reduction of residential construction should be put at the first place in general.
So the application of low carbon technology in urban residential construction should be dominated by intermediate technology, with a support of high-techs; while rural residential is more suitable for using low technology to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction, such as energy saving lamps and lanterns, energy-conserving and environment-protective stoves, saving water sanitary wares, water reuse and rainwater collection techniques.

In April 2007, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao pointed clearly that “we must leave no effort to comprehensively use the mineral resources, solid wastes and recycling of renewable and water resources.
The amount of recycled water has reached 640 million cubic meters, 146% increase over that of 2005[6].
Political status brings advantages in many aspects, such as critical information, professionals and policy support from central government, etc.

These properties have certain industrial value, but the plasticity, water absorbability are the disadvantage parts on engineering construction.
In civil engineering, the professional usually classify it to be gravel soils, sand, powder soil, cohesive soil, artificial embankment, etc.
The plasticity and water absorbability of clay rock is disadvantage for engineering construction.
Argillaceous rock usually is soft rock, it has water softening properties especially in water will soon be broken.
If the upper soil is clay layer, because of its water-barrier property its moisture content is low.

One of the important design techniques in the modern landscape is to make use of contrast and harmony, specifically, design the landscape elements such as hills and rocks, buildings, sky, water, plants and pavements, to obtain the desired configuration solution.
This shows that the greening, water features and constructional landscape easily gain recognition of people in a residential area and the buildings with relatively high density, roads and landscape facilities are not readily welcomed by people.
Establish Evaluation Natural harmony Greening Economic practicality Road Beautiful and interesting constructional landscape Water Building Sky Ancillary facilities Fig. 5.
Through the expert weight method, prepare the weight judgment matrix table in combination with the summary of classic cases home and abroad and the professional design standards.
The harmonious combination of the waterscape with other landscape elements can greatly satisfy people’s demand for closeness to water and art appreciation, adding brilliance to the improvement of overall environment quality of the residential area.
