When analyzing different device designs, a correlation is found between defect propagation velocities and thermal resistances of the materials vicinal to the quantum well, being the main heat source.
The waveguide materials of the 980, 808, and 650 nm emitting devices are Al0.085Ga0.915As, Al0.3Ga0.7As, and InGaAlP, with specific thermal resistances of about 4.5, 8 and 13 Kcm/W, respectively.
The defect propagation velocities estimated in this way are controlled by the thermal resistances of the waveguide materials, which take the main load of the heat removal from the QW.

Above methods can change the traditional design methods rely mainly on experience to design with the safety factor approach and make using materials redundancy or lack so as to lead to materials wast and fracture or other faults because of lack of strength[3,4].
This process system is nonlinear problem that belongs to the geometrical, material and contact nonlinear analysis.

Thirdly, simulation model method, which is applied most widely in soil erosion research for its applications to both the areas with soil erosion monitoring materials and the areas without monitoring materials.
Connected to the local terrain characters and according to the related observation materials of Henan, each element value of soil erosion is worked out and applicable soil erosion forecasting model is set up.
