In the research of concrete materials, the main direction of studying fractals is to establish the relationship between the fractal dimension and the properties of materials.
On the other hand, the rubber powders and the concrete materials belong to organic and inorganic respectively.

Reinforced concrete structures demonstrated good fire resistance thanks to some typical features of cement-based materials such as incombustibility and low thermal diffusivity [3, 4].

Oxide-based materials are most suitable from the stability point of view.
But the low conductivity of Oxide-based materials limits the application.
The details of recent lithium conducting materials are described in some review articles [14] and [15].
So it can be speculated that we can increase the density of materials by doping, and improve the total conductivity of materials.

Introduction Cotton is one of the most important materials for everyone and each country.
However, cotton is a kind of combustible material.
There were some previous studies for the transition of smoldering fire into the flaming fire for some other materials [6-11].
Based on the TGA-DSC analyses for cotton materials, it is suggested that the cotton will begin the exothermic reaction after its temperature is about 530 K.
