Abstract.
Cracks and delamination of the ceramic coating which come from high heat flux loading are serious problem in TBC.
It was then investigated how the damage progresses in the ceramic coating exposed to cyclic rapid thermal loading.

Abstract.
In order to apply such new knowledge for the repair of severely damaged tissues, tissue engineering research has been preformed.
Particularly, the combination of new biomaterials with a high celltlar affinity and various engineering techniques has greatly contributed to the marked advances in this field.
After 1 week, culture cells were released using 0.1% trypsin treatment, and cells were combined with porous hydroxyapatite (HA, 5x5x5mm, Interpore 500, Interpore International, CA, USA).
