On the basis of the finite element analysis results, we can learn about how the materials and structures exert an influence on the passive safety of passenger after a collision.
The model proposed in this paper acts as an effective tool for preliminary study of the structure design of safety facilities, materials characteristics and the effect they have on the passenger safety.

Abstract.
The results suggest that the Pb-free glass frit would be applicable for barrier rib materials in PDP.
A batch of each composition, consisting of high purity raw materials was well mixed with a mortar and a pestle.
Similarly the highest E and H value were obtained after sintering at 560 for 1 h, therefore suggesting that this Pb-free glass frit would be suitable for barrier rib materials in PDP.
Acknowledgement This work was supported from Information Display R&D Center, one of the 21st Century Frontier R&D Program funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Korea.

We discuss the physical parameters of the typical metal materials to analyze the static load stress of the structure of rigid wheel.
In addition, to achieve the goal of reducing the weight, it is better to change the material of the flange rather than take materials out of the flange.
