At present, the civil engineering facilities become more and more complex, need increasingly broad professional technology, and face increasingly serious safety problems.
III Construction Safety Production Situation In 2009, a total of 2,288 injury accidents occurred in the national construction industry, including railway, traffic, water conservancy and other professional engineerings, causing 2, 607 deaths, and ranked the second place among all the industries.
In 2010, a total of 2,224 injury cases occurred in the national construction industry, including railway, water conservancy, transportation and other professional engineerings, causing 2, 538 deaths, with a 2.8% decline in cases and 2.6% decline in deaths respectively.
Therefor it can't get the favor of school leaders and professional teachers.
V The Curriculum Arrangement of Civil Engineering Safety 5.1 Arrangement Principles of Civil Engineering Safety At present, the civil engineering professional backbone courses include the basic theories of engineering mathematics, engineering mechanics, fluid mechanics,structural engineering,and geotechnical engineering as well as professional basic theories of civil engineering surveying, design, construction and management.

(Mainly includes energy saving, material saving, section land, water saving, etc);3Technological innovation. 4 Conservation and utilization of resources 4.1 Energy saving 1)The application of heat insulating material: the roof plate of basement uses asbestos cement insulation board,besides,extruded polystyrene insulation panels applied in the roof and outside wall.In addition,the proper utilization of plastic-steel windows with insulating glass can improve the energy-saving effect. 2)Lighting system adopts high efficiency fluorescent lamps and energy-saving lamps.
Temporary construction should be designed reasonable,in this way the windows permit light and air entering. 4.2 water saving 1)The use of unconventional water resources:during foundation pit dewatering period,constructors should maximize the utilization of groundwater for the sake of saving water resources.For example:washing the vehicle,spraying water for road,scrubbing the toilet, watering greening plant etc.However,we all know that in the reduction of municipal water does not mean we could use groundwater resources without restrain. 2)According to the specific circumstances,constructors draw up temporary water supply scheme which can meet construction requirements.In addition, water pipe network in accordance with water quantity is necessary for reducing pipe damage. 3)The production water and living water should be respectively measured during construction.Water-saving appliances,such as self-closing flushing valve and saving-water taps,applied in the living area,besides,professional

is despite the immense resource endowment and large pool of professionals and experts available on
the continent.
These problems include the following: (a) Lack of adequate enabling production environment with requisite security, power and water supply, etc.
The goal is to attract African experts to enhance Africa's development by creating the enabling environment and opportunity for professionals of African descent to invest their immense intellect, expertise and skills into the economies of Africa.
The argument is that, to tackle the multifarious challenges of development of the fragmented and fragile African economies, there is firstly, the need to sensitize and mobilize African experts and professionals themselves to effectively participate in the process as in fact, no foreigner can sincerely develop the continent for the African.
(b) Building a database of African Professionals with a view to serving as a bulletin board for job advertisement in Africa, as well as, a recruitment advisory for Africans in the Diaspora.

There are also many general professionals choose the study on part of evaluation system of green building, e.g., design standard of green residential area[11], or comparison and selection of green building programs based on fuzzy mathematics[12],biological and climatic[13], WebGIS[14] and so on.
The Chinese evaluation standard for green building pay more attention to 1-no & 4-saving (no pollute, energy saving, land saving, water saving, material saving).
