Data Resource Pool Definition 1: Data resource pool is the data space with parameter of L×M×N, as shown in Fig. 1.
The data elements of the resources pool are included in the data collection V: Figure 1.
Data Compression Data compression is an effective method to improve data processing speed and maintain the validity of data.
The data compression of VC and VP are done in the data compression module of resource pool.

Comparison of Interior Temperature in Zinc-Roof House and Palm-Roof House We chose three related data – exterior temperature, interior temperature of zinc-roof house, and interior temperature of palm- roof house ( Fig. 6) We know the heat transmission of zinc roof is a lot higher than that of the palm-roof so the changes in interior temperature under a zinc roof are a lot more obviously and drastically.
Fig. 7 Comparison of relative humidity under zinc roof, palm- roof and outdoor Conclusion The result of this research proves that the palm-roof comes with better temperature prevention and humidity reduction.
It has absolutely no effect on humidity reduction and damp-proof. 3.
Therefore, it is evident that the palm-roof is effective in both warmth preservation and damp-proof humidity reduction.

The energy before the improvement is expressed as (3) where Epre is energy before the improvement (kWh/year) Ppre is power before the improvement dt is 15 minutes interval of data record period (min) r is date of data record (Monday – Sunday) n is the number of days of data record The level of energy consumption after the adjustment can be calculated as (4) where Epost is energy after the improvement (kWh/year) Ppost is power after the improvement dt is 15 minutes interval of data record period (min) r is date of data record (Monday – Sunday) n is the number of days of data record Research Methodology In the procedure, energy was measured before and after the improvement of voltage level at four electrical control panels which are lighting control panel, motor control panel, heating control panel, and chiller control panel respectively.
The data acquisition was uninterruptedly recorded every 15 minutes within 7 days by considering energy consumption in 24 hours [6] in an industry.
In spite of those dissimilarities, this paper shows results from the both techniques in order to be useful in selecting data as alternative sources for energy conservation.
Table 1 Voltage reduction ratio Solution 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Tap Transformer (%) 0 2.5 5 7.5 10   Voltage Regulate (%) 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Data Acquisition Before and after the Reduction of Voltage Level The four main parameters are that power, voltage, current, and power factor (PF) are measured and considered from the calculation in order to determine energy (kWh) each of the load types.
In this purpose, the data acquisition of all recorded data would be further analyzed according to the following information.

And two life prediction methods are used to correlate the present creep-fatigue life data.
It is shown that a significant reduction in fatigue life is observed with hold time in tension, and it is also observed that 1CrMoV steel exhibits a higher creep-fatigue life than 2CrMoNiVW when strain hold time is 16 hours, and 2CrMoNiVW seems to be more sensitive to hold time influence.
Life reduction under creep-fatigue interaction is reported to be mainly due to the creep mechanisms of stress relaxation, which are the same as that of the general monotonic creep after a long enough hold time[8].
(1) can be used to correlate the fatigue data with hold time, where Δεp is the total strain, Nc is cycle to crack, and A, B are constants.
Finally, two life prediction methods are used to correlate the present creep-fatigue life data.

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) data demonstrates that the substitution of 1% of cement with WTBC leads to the reduction of CO2 emissions by 1%.
On the other hand, 7% replacement, a whopping 7% reduction in CO2 emissions is realized.
This means that there is a significant reduction from 291.15 kg/m³ of CO² for conventional concrete to 270.76 kg/m³ for concrete that contains 7% WTBC.
New data indicate that substituting 1% of cement with 3.235 kg/m³ of WTBC results in a 1% reduction in carbon emissions, while 3% WTBC replacement with 9.705 kg/m³ reduces emissions by 3.06%.
A 5% replacement using 16.175 kg/m³ of WTBC cuts emissions by 5%, and a 7% substitution with 22.645 kg/m³ achieves a 7% reduction as can be seen in Table 6.

Reduction of yarn hairiness has drew more and more attention in textile technology and increasingly been emphasized in textile industry.
After analysis of the data achieved from the test, the winding hairiness before and after using airflow HRE are shown in Table 2.
According to the analysis of the data in Table 4 and Table 5, after using airflow HRE, yarn average tenacity is increased, but the amplification is small.
But the minimum tenacity of yarn increases obviously, JC5.8tex has maximum amplification at 17.9% In addition, according to the data in Table 6, tenacity CV value of single yarn reduces about 4.68% on average after using airflow HRE, decreasing amplitude is within 2.5%-6.0%.

Our novel data evaluation technique was applied for data evaluation of the magnetic measurements.
This method is based on the multiphase-hyperbolic model of magnetization and it is called model based data evaluation (MBDE) technique.
The magnetic tester was controlled by a computer in which a 16 bit input-output data acquisition card accomplished the measurements.
This procedure is based on the multiphase hyperbolic model and it is called model based data evaluation (MBDE) technique.
The application of model based data evaluation technique (MBDA) was found to be a promising tool in data evaluation of magnetic measurements.
