Quantitative and qualitative comparisons of the results obtained by the new method with the results achieved from the other speckle noise reduction techniques demonstrate its higher performance for speckle reduction in SAR images.
Recently, there has been considerably interest in using the wavelet transforms as a powerful tool for recovering SAR images from noisy data [2].
For a range of shifts, one shifts the data, De-noises the shifted data, and then un-shifts the de-noised data.
In order to change the multiplicative nature of the noise to additive one, we apply a logarithmic transformation to the image data.
Taking logarithm of the both sides of Eq. (5), we will have (5) where and represent logarithms of the noisy data, signal and noise, respectively.

Through the analysis of existing data, the shaft tower vibration characteristics and seismic behavior research is analysed and forecasted.
All of these four scheme have a better vibration reduction effect more than 80%.
Dynamic tests conducted on a R.C. shaft tower erected by the “preconstructing and wholly shifting” method under the conditions of non-fixed, wholly fixed and partially fixed basements, and analyzes the dynamic characteristic discrepancies of the free vibration frequencies, damping ratio and vibration modes measured by different test recording methods as well as the effects of fixation conditions of basements on the dynamic characteristics of structures, providing the reference data for the design of shaft towers in [15].
It is induced natural vibration period experience formula [18] suitable for more than 60 tower tower data as the sample built in China 's representative which had measured the vibration period, through the regression analysis of mathematical statistics method fitting out two for 20 meters to 65 meters in tabl.1.
All of these are the base of vibration reduction and seismic design of the shaft tower.

This data is collected after key stages are
completed.
Data is also collected concerning the environmental conditions during each project stage.
The data collected is often voluminous.
Because of the volume of data collected and the lack of data collection in an electronic format it is almost impossible to use this information as a management tool.
The tool is currently focused on eliminating the collection of data in paper format and contains the logic to perform analyses on the data collected to ensure its compliance with specifications.

Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR) technology is one of the best after-treatment technologies that diesels control NOx emissions and satisfy increasingly strict emission regulations [2].
Off-line matching calibration analyzes the engine running state and reference index recorded in the test process, afterwards calibrates every MAP diagram and finally updates new data to controller.
Online matching calibration directly modifies the MAP diagram data in Flash or RAM[3] while the controller is running to make the engine run in real time according to the new parameters.
Otherwise, adjust control parameter of MAP data until oxynitride density does not exceed the prescribed limits by either ESC or ETC.
The adjustment of MAP diagram data control parameters adopts the method of adjusting correction coefficient.

Abstract.
Fig. 4 shows FFT data of a vibration signal obtained in the experiment, where the vibration modes including the bending and torsional modes are well separated and recognized.
Final optimal topology obtained from OPTISHAPE after the volume constraint of 60% reduction is represented in Fig. 7, where the top view of the optimal shape is different from the original model.
Diagnosis and experimental measurement of the vibrations for the current model and the optimal models improved by the topology optimization are also conducted to investigate the effect of the shape of the robot arm on the vibration reduction.
From the experimental results for two optimal models made of different materials, the optimal shape of the robot arm developed in this study is proved to be very effective to suppress the vibration by 30% reduction in RMS value.

Comparison of Interior Temperature in Zinc-Roof House and Palm-Roof House We chose three related data – exterior temperature, interior temperature of zinc-roof house, and interior temperature of palm- roof house ( Fig. 6) We know the heat transmission of zinc roof is a lot higher than that of the palm-roof so the changes in interior temperature under a zinc roof are a lot more obviously and drastically.
Fig. 7 Comparison of relative humidity under zinc roof, palm- roof and outdoor Conclusion The result of this research proves that the palm-roof comes with better temperature prevention and humidity reduction.
It has absolutely no effect on humidity reduction and damp-proof. 3.
Therefore, it is evident that the palm-roof is effective in both warmth preservation and damp-proof humidity reduction.

From the current data analysis find out the problems and give some recommendations to improve the production lead time and provide a future state value stream map, we reduced the lead time through VSM, from 46.63 days to 43.03 day.
Lean manufacturing target the reduction of set up time and change over time[2,9].
In this context the work proceeded to find the each elemental values of the product and will minimize it by waste reduction approaches through VSM along with SMED techniques.
Current State Value Stream Map (CVSM) According to collected data and information; Current state map drawn as shown in Fig-3, that showing position of material and inventory at various stage of processing.

Based on the characteristics of RDF data, we propose to compress RDF data.
RDF data storage, to RDF data compression, the longer URI prefix mapping table stored in the prefix.
We use LUBM generator provided data sets of different size, size of the data shown in Fig.5.
Jena and RS_Opti over 500M memory overflow data when the result cannot be obtained, and the methods used herein 500M of data on the data shown in Table 1 These experiments show that the proposed algorithm can better handle the large-scale data, the complexity of data for small queries better algorithm optimization.
Optimize SPARQL by combining semantic reduction and selectivity estimation[J].
