Since construction begins, we discover the poor stability of slope by excavating pavement, original design can not meet the engineering requirements, so the first design has a change based on the actual situation, we set a pile retaining wall in platform edge 1.5m away the right groove on the right of roadbed, and set up the slope monitoring system in the right side slope.
The monitoring system of the slope engineering is divided into two parts of manual monitoring and automatic monitoring, and automatic monitoring apply the TDR technology tentatively.

Theoretical Study on Stress State in Adhesive Layer of Single Lap Joint under Eccentric Tensile Load Chun Liang Li a , Jia Zhou b School of Communication Science & Engineering , Jilin Architectural and Civil Engineering Institute , Changchun, China, 130021 a lichli3300@163.com, bxiaozhou8849@sohu.com Keywords: torsional loading, interfacial stress, adhesive layer, composite structure, single lap joint Abstract.
Introduction With the development of the mechanical and material science, the composite structures consisted of many different materials have been widely used in many practical engineering.
While in most actual engineering the load is eccentric, that is to say the adhesive joints are not only subjected to tension but also torsion.
So the previous research results of adhesive joints under uniaxial tension are not completely applicable to the conditions of eccentric load in actual engineering.
