Foreword With the development of city economy and layout changes, maintenance and use of historical buildings in urban areas gradually towards a dilemma -- on local fiscal expenditure for maintenance, but can’t generate economic benefits; with very high research value and assuming civil special emotion, can’t return to public view......
The location of main “Xinya style Architecture” which researched in this paper Concrete frame is the main structure, the engineer made detailed study on the proportion of concrete, the strength was improved substantially; Design of exterior is sedate and elegant, The "Imperial Crown Type" details had rich style; building exterior used the world's most advanced technology for ceramic veneer, warm color gradient ceramic made construction still shine through long time; ground and stairs in the hall were decorated by yellowish color terrazzo and marble, with exquisite technology and high quality.
