In this paper the Nanostructured surface layer was first produced on the Ti-6Al-4V alloy by SMAT technique, and then the compound ceramic coatings of surface SNC/MAO were prepared on the nanocrystallized surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy by MAO, and the phase composition and structure, morphology and the analysis of the elements were discussed.
