The full-wave band CCD system is widely used for military, civil or photography of criminal image and extraction analysis, its wavelength is range between 200 nm and 1200 nm,including ultraviolet, visible light and infrared.Through translating blanck visibleimage into optical image, and realizing collecting of weak signal under low illumination case and collecting and processing of high quality image,it makes Full-wavelength CCD system the powerful features such as the topography and landform scaning, traces exploration, file inspection, holographic photography and image processing. The whole band CCD system structure, characteristic and the application of the image interpretation technology were briefly introduced in this paper, and experiment band CCD selected was validated.

Study and design a set of economical and practical mid-and-long term monitoring system for long-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge relying on the engineering of Xintan Qijiang Bridge in Chongqing.
Taking Xintan Qijiang Bridge in Chongqing as a engineering background and referring to the built bridge monitoring system, the paper studies and designs a set of economical and practical mid-and-long term monitoring system for long-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge.
Design of sensor system Stress Monitoring System Selection of monitoring equipment In order to avoid the failure of sensor due to cutting test line or losing number of test line, guarantee the long-term implementation of engineering monitoring and keep enough accuracy, Xintan Qijiang Bridge decides to select and use JMZX-215 embedded and intelligent concrete steel ring strainmeter and JMZX-2001 general-purpose tester as the observation instrument for stress through comparison.
Summary Taking Xintan Qijiang Bridge in Chongqing as a engineering background and referring to the built bridge monitoring system, the paper studies and designs a set of economical and practical mid-and-long term monitoring system for long-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge, and conduct comparative analysis between test data and theoretical calculating value after running for 2 years, such as concrete stress, external effect prestressing, vertical prestressing and girder transformation.

Introduction Jointed and fractured rock masses exist widely in water conservancy, transportation, mining and other projects as complex engineering medium.
But in many deep underground engineering, such as deep mining, tunnel excavation and so on, the fractured rock mass under high in-situ stress is disturbed by dynamic stress, namely the fractured rock mass is under coupled static and dynamic loads, so studying the extending behavior of rock crack under coupled static and dynamic loads is very important for the safety of the rock engineering.
