The hot-pressed fabrication governs the mechanical properties of the ceramic tool materials as well as the composition.
However, the mentioned simulation methods are not integrated into the fabrication parameters which indirectly govern the mechanical properties by the effect on the microstructure evolution.
The small amount of additives may be effectively affected the sinterabality and microstructure evolution of ceramic tool materials.
The additives hinders grain growth and gain the fine, homogenous grain, which is advantage for improving the microstructure and the mechanical properties of ceramic tool materials.
Voids not only lead to the lower densification, but also lead to the lower mechanical properties because of stress concentration.

Introduction The control of pulp pH value is a difficult task that has four main causes: the characteristic of large time delay is usually caused by the factor that large reaction vessel make the reaction is not sufficient; the inherent and strong nonlinear characteristics of neutralization reaction is mainly caused by the negative logarithm of PH value , the feature make some of the traditional control strategy is no longer applicable; time variant property is the dynamic characteristics of measurement sensors that is easily affected by the environmental changes, such as temperature, pressure, electrode cleanliness; measurement sensor is easy to scale or glue solid attachments that makes the measurement results has a large deviation compared with the real value [1] ,So the control system of pH value has great research value.
To select the optimum electrode need to take into account many factors, such as chemical composition, velocity, temperature, pH value range and pollutants, etc.
In contrast, the glass electrode produces acid error when the pH value of solution is less than or equal to 1, this is because the ratio of acid and water is high, the glass film and the electrode response will be affected[3]
Control method of pH value The control of pH value has serious non-linear and large time delay characteristic, and the measurement of pH value is prone to be interfered by a variety of factors, so traditional feedback control algorithm is difficult to achieve control requirements.
