The factors affecting the catalytic activity of SO42/MxOy type solid super-strong acid are the activity components, auxiliary, carriers and preparation methods.
The catalysts with the same chemical components may have very different properties.
This is due to the different preparation methods and conditions and so the micro-properties of catalysts are different, such as in grain size and surface structure.
The introduction of supersonic field into the course of catalysts prepared by immersion method has apparently approved the properties of catalysts.
The surface morphology and properties of the catalyst were studied in the methods of BET, XRD, SEM, Element Analysis meter and FT-IR.

Thermophysical properties of AISI 304.
Thermophysical properties of Ti Grade 2.
Design of Experiment The process of laser welding of materials is influenced by numerous factors.
Through DoE analysis, only some factors or a subset of possible combinations are examined.
Two-level factorial designs are commonly used in experiments with multiple factors, where it is essential to study the combined effects of these factors on the response [11].

Excessive large tension can make cutting line break; while excessive small can cause additional low frequency vibration of cutting line and insufficient carrying capacity, so as to affect the workpiece’s surface processing quality.
In the winding process, the biggest factor of tension change is due to the increasing diameter of wrap wheel.
Fig.3 Torque speed characteristic curve of generally motor and torque motor Curve Two Curve One 1 2 3 In fig.3, curve1 stands for the mechanical characteristic of general motor, and curve 2 stands for the mechanical characteristic of torque motor.
In fig.3, is synchronous speed, is Stall torque, is general motor’s speed at maximum torque, and also the sub-boundaries of the mechanical properties of the “stable part” and “unstable part”.
From fig.3, we know that mechanical characteristic of the torque motor is very soft.

The results indicated that the material removal rate was enhanced by a factor of five compared to conventional electrode materials.
In Gherman Lorelei study [7], in order to determine mechanical properties such as tool wear and material removal rate, copper was used as tool electrode for single-pulse discharge experiment.
Statistical analysis was established and the influence of input process factors was evaluated.

From above, to prevent cars from going across the road, it’s essential to find out the mechanical properties and failure mechanism which are under the action of guardrails, pillars and soil coupling, so as to withstand vehicle collision.
As can be seen from the above, ’s character is that its value reduces gradually with deformation. 3.Numerical Simulation Analysis Analyzing and calculating the factors that affect pile’s horizontal subgrade reaction and displacement correctly is of the utmost importance.
Conclusion With the help of the ABAQUS software,we built the coupling model of pillar and soil under the action of horizontal load, and analyzed soil’s mechanical behavior when pillar is under the action of horizontal load, and also, proposed theoretical expression about the coefficient of horizontal subgrade reaction.

The natural characteristic of the negligible friction is a favorable factor but this result in a system with low damping performance.
Furthermore, to ensure high lateral mechanical stiffness, the air pressure is typically kept at a high value which causes the system to be susceptible to noise.
Thus, by varying the current, id, it is theoretically possible to alter the damping characteristics without affecting the other performance characteristics of the system.
An active eddy current damper is able to complement the damping without affecting the responsiveness of such a precision stage.

The conclusions derived from the SWOT analyses determine the establishment of the four types of strategies, by combining the internal factors (IF) (strengths (S) and weaknesses (W)) and the external factors (EF) (opportunities (O) and threats (T)) [8]: SO (max-max), WO (min-max), ST (max-min), WT (min-min).

The forging load decreased with the increase of billet temperature or the decrease of frictional factor.
Traditional cutting technique not only brings material-wasted, low productivity, but also decreases the mechanical property with the material flow cut, so the life of part is not long.

Micro-sheet forming has been receiving much attention as the forming process for micro–metal components because of high production capability, minimized or zero material waste and excellent mechanical properties of the final products [1].
Thus, the ratio of feature size to minimum thickness becomes small in microscale products and significantly affects the deformation behavior in micro-sheet forming.
It is reported that the relative tool dimensions affect the material response and formability [7].
punch shoulder radius (rp), and die shoulder radius (rd) were changed as shown in Fig.3 to determine the relative effects of these factors on the deformation behavior and fracture prevention effects in microcomponents.
(2) The relative tool dimensions does not affect the compression effect by radial pressure.
