In the traditional human resource management system, human resource worker still always spends abundant time and energy on the manipulation of daily civil transaction and has little time to consider the strategy work which is the essence of the human resource management.
According to the object-oriented software engineering method, we carried out a detailed system analysis, system design and system implementation, using MyEclipse 6.0 as a development tool, using Java and MVC framework technical specification, and finally we developed a human resource management system based on B/S model.
