Polyterpenol films deposited at lower RF power have been shown to retain more of original chemical functionalities and structure pertinent to the monomer.
Other film characteristics include sound chemical and physical stability, a moderately hydrophilic surface, ability to be easily and economically deposited onto a range of substrates, including complex three-dimension structures, and relatively low temperatures of deposition.
Comparative FTIR and Raman studies demonstrated a notable reduction of oxygen containing moieties, and loss of some monomer structures, such as unsaturation, in polymer thin film samples.
However, deposition at RF power just sufficient enough to fully initiate the polymerisation process results in a greater level of monomer preservation, including monomer structure and the configuration of functional groups in the polymer film by encouraging condensation and adsorption of non-excited gaseous species and subsequent incorporation of increased number of non- fragmented molecules or slightly fragmented precursors in the growth region of the film [14].
Difference in surface chemistry is likely to be the main determinant in the degree of the biocidal activity of the polyterpenol films.

Hence, microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint are related with chemistry composition and transition quantity of welding materials[1].
Fig1 is Welding joint microstructure filled in different welding materials of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 2Cr13 steel, it is shown that the grain in HAZ zone is bigger than that in other zone of welding joint, this deduces from welding heat circulation effect[2]; the microstructure of welded joint is column crystal structure, this was rooted in quicker heat dissipation vertical to welded joint.
Because martensite structure forms in welded joint, martensite belongs to brittlement phase, its micro-hardness is higher than that of other structure, this is identical with microstructure analysis.

Palladium, having similar element properties to Pt (that is, same group of the periodic table, same crystal structure and similar atomic size), has been the focus of considerable attention, not only due to lower costs and more abundance but also to the lower activity for methanol oxidation [2].
The crystal structure characterization of the catalysts was carried out by X-ray diffractometer (D/max-IIIA, Japan).
The diffraction peaks at 2θ around 40o, 47o and 68o can be assigned to the Pd (111), Pd (200) and Pd (220) lattice planes, respectively, indicating the face centered cubic (fcc) structures for the Pd particles in all the catalysts.
The 2θ values of the Pd characteristic peaks in M-Pd/CNTs (P-Pd/CNTs and B-Pd/CNTs) shift to higher values than those of Pd/CNTs, which is probably due to the non-metal element (P or B) entering into the Pd lattice structure and substitution [9].

The composition changes will affect slag physical-chemistry and metallurgical properties, and eventually affect the quality of final products.
The reason may be related to the density of each substance itself, or be related to micro-structure of the slags in a high temperature molten state.
There are more phases with complex macromolecular structure in high temperature which will cause the density difference.
Another possible reason is the higher concentrations of F- in these slags, which will split the structure of composite particles generated by other oxides; make size smaller, which show the mobility of the melt increases.
The third reason may be that the grid structure based on AlOF43-,AlO2F23-,AlOF2- which prevent the free movement of simple ions will reduce with the decrease of Al2O3 content.

Among them, anodic porous alumina, a typical self-ordered nanoporous material formed by the anodization of aluminum in an appropriate solution [1-6] is a promising material for the fabrication of various types of nano/microdevice in a number of research fields because of its unique solid geometry, so-called honeycomb structure on the nanometer scale [7].
To expand the application field of the ordered pore array structure of anodic porous alumina, it is necessary to control the size and depth of the pores, and to enhance the stability for high temperature condition and chemical resistance.
Anodic film structure was evaluated by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM, JEOL JSM-6701F), Thermogravimetric / Differential Thermal Analysis (TG-DTA,TG8120,RIGAKU) and X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD, RIGAKU RINT-2500).
The obtained thick, robust, chemically resistant and nanoporous crystalline a-alumina membrane has potential technological application in many fields that requires regular nanoporous structure.
