Organizational resources encompass the company’s financial property, equipment and machinery, and most importantly, the knowledge, experience, and expertise of its human resources.
The operational activities may harshly affect the nature and environment by using natural resources and sparse raw materials, emitting toxic gases and breeding air, water, and soil contamination, and causing noise pollution.
They will also receive information from the related organizations as legislation or even feedback on how they affect the environment, how to react to the problems caused, implement corrective actions, and take preventive actions for future.
Moreover, economy affects and would be affected by industrial activities as they have a close mutual relationship with each other.
Therefore, the stability of a supply chain and consistency of its operations are closely related to economic and financial factors and vice versa.

Limited energy in the binding force is going to be a major element that measures and constrains the properties of routing protocol. 1.
Thus, PathProfit and RelayProfit are going to affect the time of calculation compensation.
Analysis of Property To comprehensively evaluate above routing protocols, 50 sensor nodes are distributed averagely in a 100 meter*100 meters area to conduct random topology test.
Sensing distance of the node is r=20, τ=0.001s, N=2, and given transmission power is Pt, Receiving Power (4) Graph 2 d stands for the distance between receivers, and antenna gain Gt=Gr=1, antenna height Ht=Hr=1m, functional factor L=1, and path loss n=4.
And compensation factors are defined and simulation and comparison are conducted to prove the effectiveness of this protocol in saving energy.

Choosing the most rational emission treatment technology for a particular chemical compound is a complex and important task, and many factors must be taken into account.
Next, a hierarchy of the efficiency of the selection of treatment equipment depending on the factors of influence was built with the help of connecting criteria.
Depending on the type of contaminant and physicochemical properties, different methods of neutralization and capture are used.
Hierarchy of the optimization problem of fly ash emission treatment devices (mechanical cleaning) Each fly ash capture method has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the choice of a particular method depends on the characteristics of the fuel, gas cleaning requirements, cost-effectiveness, and environmental factors.

This type of stainless steel exhibits better mechanical properties, good fabricability, weldability and excellent resistance to general corrosion, so it is widely used in many industrial applications.
The use of shock waves is very effective to improve the mechanical properties of metallic materials, such as fatigue, corrosion and wear resistance [6-11].
LSP is very effective to decrease the stress corrosion rate and improve the material stress corrosion properties [13-15].
This is beneficial to reducing the stress corrosion and improving the material properties.

The predominant influence factors in measuring are the dimension of instruments and temperature of the surrounding environment [4].
Different rotors and rotating speeds can be adopted according to the different properties of the liquids to be measured.
Besides, vibrating cycle can also affect the precision of measurement to a great extent [2].
The rotation method combined with advanced mechanical design technology and micro-computer control technology are used.
There are a few factors that need to be considered when we choose the method which is to measure viscosity of HTF.

Compared with the three-phase induction motors, the main disadvantage of single-phase induction motor are:poor start and overload capability, soft Mechanical properties, poor anti-load fluctuations, low stability, speed performance and efficiency[1].In the case of the absence of three-phase power, connecting the three-phase induction motor to the single phase power supply has a certain practical significance.
Research shows that we should maximize the utilization of electrical power when the three-phase induction motor is single-phase running, and to make the motor has a better operating characteristics and a high power factor[2].In addition, when the three-phase induction motor is in single phase operation, the motor itself does not have a high starting torque, and therefore we need to take appropriate measures to form a rotating magnetic field, and then get the motor starting torque[3].
Assuming that the rotor speed for n, the rotor slip of positive rotating magnetic field is s, slip for reverse rotating magnetic field is.The mutual effect between forward rotating magnetic field and its induced rotor current affect causes positive electromagnetic torque ;the mutual effect between reverse rotation magnetic field and its induced rotor current affect causes reverse electromagnetic torque ;the sum of electromagnetic torque in both directions, T is the synthesis of electromagnetic torque of motors, as is shown in Fig.3.
Inductance value is great when the slip value is small, even negative, The reason is that when the motor speed close to synchronous speed, the power factor close 0.5or less than 0.5,that makes the inductance value large or less than zero calculated by Eq.6.
The motor is generally running in the vicinity of rated speed, At this point the power factor is larger, the calculated inductance value is positive, and not great.

Introduction The phenomenon of crystallization following after pouring molten metal into the mould, determines the shape of the primary casting (ingot) structure, which significantly affects on its usable properties.
According to presented data in papers [3, 4], this type of structure gives low mechanical properties of castings and mainly is unfavourable for the plastic forming of continuous and semi-continuous ingots, because causing forces extrusion rate reduction and during the ingot rolling delamination of external layers can occur.
This structure can be eliminated by controlling the heat removal rate from the casting, realizing inoculation [3÷9], which consists in the introduction of additives to liquid metal and/or influence of external factors for example infra- and ultrasonic vibrations or electromagnetic field [4, 10÷13].
In case of this inoculation with use of external factor in form of electromagnetic field, which creates forced movement of liquid metal in mould in time of its solidification, the refinement of structure mainly results from thermal and mechanical erosion of crystallization front.
