In healthcare, medical students and practicing professionals are using surgical simulators to refine their techniques, minimizing risks to patients and maximizing the effectiveness of procedures.
These simulators range from highly specialized equipment for professional training to more accessible software used in academic settings.
Medical Simulators: these are essential in medical education, allowing students and professionals to practice surgeries and other medical procedures without risk to patients.
These simulators, like the one presented in figure 4, replicate various scenarios that can occur in rivers, canals, and other inland waterways, such as varying water levels, currents, and navigational hazards.
Simulators offer a cost-effective alternative to on-water training, reducing the need for fuel, vessel wear and tear, and the logistical complexities of organizing real-life training exercises.

The author holds that such “absence” is originated from the external economy and technical complexity of green buildings and attributes the causes to two aspects: First, there is no sound and effective incentive mechanism in the environment in which the architects are, especially the lack of professional identity and motivation of green design in architectural design appraisal, award and review criteria; Second, architects are less self-motivated, mentally backward and poor in comprehensive quality.
