The rind then washed repeatedly with distilled water, soaked in 15% nitric acid (HNO3) for 24 hours before rinsing and soaking with distilled water for another 24 hours to remove the residual nitric acid on the honeydew rind.

Silver Beach sediment transport simulation Simulation method.MIKE.is the product of the Danish institute of water resources and water environment.This software is currently the world’s leading software,which has been proven by practical engineering most times and has been widely accepted by the water resources researchers.
This issue adopts the method of MIKE21 model.MIKE21 is one of the four big software of MIKE,which is a professional engineering software packages of two-dimensional free surface flow simulation system.It’s mainly used in surface water flow,waves,water environment changes,sediment transport,etc of estuaries,rivers,sea,reservoirs and so on.The software includes two-dimension hydrodynamic model,the wave model,the water migration model,the rich nutrition model and the sediment transport model.MIKE21 incorporate GIS technology into itself so it’s convenient for data collection and processing.What’s more,it contains advanced numerical methods,special graphic tools and important regional variable subdivision mesh encryption calculation processing technology.The detailed introduction of MIKE21 see ref[5].
The sediment recovery mechanism of Silver Beach is that the dynamic action of the waters transport the sediment in the deposition area of the far-shore to the nearshore and then be deposited[6].

We also measured its specificity against different protein components extracted with pure water, 2.5% NaCl (w/v) , 70%(v/v) alcohol , 10mM HCl and 50mM KOH.
Most of these methods have some disadvantages, such as time consuming, negative economics, requires skilled technical recourses, or strong depended on the professional ability of the specter.
The supernatant was sucked up as water-soluble protein solutions, and the residue, flowing twice washes with water, was added 2.5% NaCl (w/v) to extract salt-soluble proteins with same procedure.
Used five extracting solutions (water, NaCl, alcohol, acid and alkaline), we obtained water-, salt-, alcohol-, acid- and alkaline-soluble proteins.
For AbL example, the absorbance value of binding the water-soluble protein of Luyuan92 was 0.97 while the value of Qi319 was 0.73.
