Abstract.
In the 1950s, based on the electrician's point of view, a Belgian electrical engineer developed the electrochemical dynamics rapidly from qualitative to quantitative, and made it became one of the most widely discipline in the 20th century.
Based on the engineer's point of view , Sluyters couple worked in this area with all life energy. In the 1970s later, its application was extended to the structure and solid materials.
