A pretty low affinity of natural dyes to cellulosic fiber produces a light shade for most of vegetable dyes, but the inherent structure of coordinate complex provides a possibility to combining the dyes molecules with fibers by means of metal ions, thus not only increases the uptake of dyes but also enhances on the color fastness of dyeings.
