In the design method for achieving sustainability, "(C2C) design method is a very popular nowadays, C2C design method and principles are used in the design and study on parking meter and can achieve the energy conservation and emission reduction for this device, which has far-reaching significance to the promotion of the ecological civilization construction in China.
The basic idea of C2C framework is that we should consider the safe cyclic utilization of raw materials starting from the step of product design, distinguish technical data and biological materials and substitute the traditional waste management with nutrient management [5].
After that, based on the customer needs, the measuring data is systemized and sorted according to human body dimensions and function dimensions, characteristics of human-machine quality needs are found out and technological contents which meet customer needs are constructed.
With the help of wireless network technology, the transportation departments of cities can accurately and completely collect the primary data of roadside parking charge in time, master the situation of roadside parking and issue information about unoccupied parking berths through the system of parking meter management.

As KISS metric learning method is based on covariance matrices (see Eq. (3) and (4)), every pair of data points is equally treated during calculation.

N,N,N’,N’-tetra(3-aminopropyl)-1,6-diaminohexane (TADH) was synthesized via the bimolecular Michael addition of hydrogen atoms of the primary amine functionalities of 1,6-diaminohexane onto activated double bonds of acrylonitrile under favorable conditions, followed by heterogeneously catalyzed reduction of the intermediate polynitriles to the corresponding primary polyamine (TADH) [5,6].
The molecular structure of TADH is illustrated in Scheme 1, and its FTIR, 1H-NMR, and ESI-MS spectrum data are given below.
These data agree well with the predictions from its theoretical molecular structure, indicating full achievement of TADH.

Another advantage is the reduction of leakage current due to the shielding of the electric field at the Schottky contact by the P+-N junctions of the grid [3, 4].
As has been demonstrated earlier, 1700 V BG JBS-type SBDs with leakage current at least three orders of magnitude lower compared to the typical data sheet values of the commercial devices and the leakage current at 250°C of the same order of magnitude as that of the commercial devices at 175 °C, are feasible [7].
The analysed data in Fig. 3 were all from the type A devices and the data in Fig. 4 were all from the type B devices according to Fig. 2.

It looks clear now the good water management is not only necessary for efficient water irrigation in the arid areas like Ningxia and Gansu provinces, and the prevention of disastrous consequences in the Yellow River region [3], solving the drinking water shortage in Beijing and Tianjin, but also is important for the reduction of annual damages to human beings caused by frequent droughts and floods across the mainland China.
Architecture of Designed System According to mainland laws and rules [6-7], the mechanism of current administration taking charge of the hydraulic engineering(s) and the business affiliated to them can be described as: a) Governmental water resource agencies of provincial level or national level are responsible for the inspection and management of large hydraulic engineering(s) in service; b) The agencies in section a also play a leading role in the monitoring of the whole process of large and important hydraulic engineering(s) to be built or constructed; c) The management of water resources in rural regions largely for irrigation purpose is in the power of WUA though it has kept evolving for years [4-5]; d) Data and information from the real-time monitoring of the hydraulic engineering(s) shall be shared within all the sub-branches of the Ministry of Water Resources directly, this becomes even more crucial when emergent situations are encountered; e) These agencies need regularly organize
