In the era of big data, e-government will face enormous challenges and tests, to handle complex data will also become the main theme of the big data era of e-government development.
Cloud computing and big data complement each other, cloud computing is a big data IT infrastructure, cloud computing and big data is the killer application.
The big data is sold to CEO, sold the business layer products, makers of big data is the business layer.
Design features of its file system are: centralized metadata management, data blocks (64 MB) dispersed storage to ensure data security, data replication (at least 3 per data backup) to achieve a high degree of fault tolerance [3].
Obscured its inclusion among the various government departments, the government and the people of the border, a significant reduction information island phenomenon, data sharing becomes possible to improve the efficiency and coordination office Weimin efficiency of government agencies to enhance the capacity of government and social governance public services.

Experimental Data Set.
This data has been cleaned up – users who had less than 20 ratings or did not have complete demographic information were removed from this data set.
The data sets u1.base and u1.test through u5.base and u5.test are 80%/20% splits of the full data into training and test data.
Using the training data set we generate predictions by using different model sizes.
However, recommender systems are being stressed by the huge volume of user data in existing enterprise databases, and will be stressed even more by the increasing volume of user data available on the Web.

Data analysis revealed that ADFs possess a moderate level of knowledge regarding WMS, with limited awareness of Egyptian laws, regulations, and WMS during ADP.
The research methodology is structured into three distinct steps: data gathering, data analysis, and identification of actionable measures
· Data gathering for this study involved a comprehensive approach utilizing a literature review, case studies, and a survey questionnaire.
· A two-stage data analysis approach was employed.
To further analyze the data, the Relative Importance Index (RII) was utilized to assess the effectiveness of WMS.

Discharge data are converted based on water level data from the Automatic Water Level Recorder (AWLR) Station at the sub-catchment outlet.
Data and Location The data used in this study includes water level data from the Automatic Water Level Recorder (AWLR) station which location is defined as the catchment’s outlet.
Land cover map data is collected from the previous study [5].
This method is applicable for data availability within range of 3 to 10 years [7].

As for the effects of mixture proportion, concrete with higher W/C and higher water content showed greater weight loss and greater strength reduction below 300C, while those with higher cement content showed greater strength reduction above 500C.
Data available in past literature indicated that residual strength declined monotonously with temperature rise and that strength reduction was small for constant exposure to temperatures lower than 100C, and that degradation in concrete properties is torelable up to 250 to 300C.[1-4].
Several papers such as those by Browne R.D.et al.[4], Shneider U. et.al.[5] had presented data with downward peaks at intermediate temperature and Kasami H.et al.[7] had presented the formation of minimal strength at 50C and maximal at 80 to 110C after 91 day exposure to sustained temperature up tp 300C without seal, and the minimal strength at 50C was associated with intermediate weight loss.
Dynamic and static moduli showed greater reduction than compressive strength.
At elevated temperature below 300C, concrete with higher W/C and with larger water content caused greater reduction in compressive strength, while concrete with larger cement content caused greater strength reduction at high temperatures above 500C

Application of 6H to 4H Polytype Conversion to Effective Reduction of Micropipes in 4H SiC Crystals Krzysztof Grasza 1,2,a, Emil Tymicki 1,b 1 Institute of Electronic Materials Technology, 133 Wólczyńska Str. 01-991 Warsaw, Poland, 2 Institute of Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences, Al.Lotników 32/46, 02-668 Warsaw, Poland, a Krzysztof.Grasza@ifpan.edu.pl, bEmil.Tymicki@itme.edu.pl Keywords: silicon carbide, 4H-SiC, 6H-SiC, reduction of micropipes, polytype transformation, crystal growth, PVT.
The lowering growth rate of 4H-SiC to 0.1 mm/h at the initial growth stage [2] or 'gently reduction' [3] of the argon pressure were considered in some papers, in order to avoid inclusions of parasitic polytypes and generation of defects at the polytype transformations.
The growth rate was increased by lowering temperature of the seed and/or the pressure reduction of an inert gas applied as a diffusive barrier in our system (the mixture of argon an nitrogen, with the nitrogen content between 0 and 25%).
Exemplary experimental data 6H to 4H polytype conversion.
Summarizing our experimental results and discussed literature data we can conclude that the 6H to 4H polytype conversion is an effect of a change of the vapor composition.

The ship form optimization of 62-feet yacht in this paper is changing the shape of knuckle lines properly based on the experienced method out of statistical data.
According to statistical data, the biggest width of high speed stepless planing hull lies in 40%L from stem[3].
The shape narrows gradually to the stern which results in the reduction of volume.
Taking the used space into consideration, option 1 got a 2.1% reduction of total resistance while the option 2 got 5.9%.Giving a 8.7% reduction of total resistance ,option 3 performs the best ,but it costs the used space and is not satisfactory on body shape.
Using experienced method based on statistical data , this paper presents an example for improving the performance of resistance.

Suitable mixture ratio of bottom ash and fly ash was 2:1, volume reduction ratio 0.349, and weight reduction ratio 0.4936.
It conducted plasma fusing tests on ashes (bottom ash + fly ash) from refuse incinerators in BOT, to acquire local testing data.
The test of weight and volume reduction ratio was presented in the table below, which showed the data before and after treatments.
According to the evaluation of this research, the lava quality standard after plasma should be as summarized in Table 6: Table 6 Lava quality standard Item Means Appearance Volume reduction ratio Weight reduction ratio Compressive strength[9] Dioxin content[9] Leeching test Content Suitable mixture ratio of bottom ash and fly ash Brown with gloss, dense < 0.49 < 0.36 >1000Kg/cm2 <0.40 pg I-TEQ/g According to the data of Institute of Nuclear Energy Research, generally the removal rate is above.
The lava quality standards should be that the volume reduction ratio was less than 0.49, and the weight reduction ratio was less than 0.36.

The effects of heating were investigated by many authors [1-8] and available data could be sufficient.
Unfortunately, the data available is somehow limited.
The data of the effects of gamma radiation is more limited and was also summarized by Hilsdorf et al. [21].
There is very few data presenting the effect of gamma rays and neutron radiation.
The recorded data will serve for future accurate extrapolation.
