The pressure drop predictions compare favorably with literature data and the coefficient of variation (COV) value for circle grid perforated plate with 50% porosity at Reynolds number 100 was 0.0744 which is out of the range meanwhile at Reynolds number 200 and 400 was 0.0483 and 0.0247 respectively which are in the range of reasonable target for many applications.
On the other hand, this radial reduction of hole diameter assists in stabilizing the velocity distribution.

According to the roadmap, a 30% reduction in the global cement consumption in the next 20 years is achievable by more efficient use of concrete in structures and better methods of concrete mix-proportioning.
Additionally, a 50% reduction in clinker consumption is achievable from a substantial use of complementary cementing materials that are available worldwide.

The activity coefficient in Eq. (1b) is typically calculated using the assessed activity data of the liquid phase based on the WLE formalism [14].
In this work, however, it is calculated from the liquid phase substitutional solution data of the IAD database [15], which provides thermodynamic data for iron based alloys with solutes Al, C, Cr, H, Mn, N, Nb, Ni, O, P, S, Si, Ti and V.

For the current data provided by Ruukki in Finland, only hydrogen content in continuous casting (CC) mould is measured.
