Concerning breakdown voltage, the real devices data agree to simulations for junction termination extension thickness in the relevant region.
As the dotted lines in Fig. 6 show, this reduction further increases the voltage drop in the case of the 100-µm drift layer.
Even though a further reduction of te would increase the total voltage drop, it further increases the threshold voltage as well, and therefore does not result in a better match to the measurement curve.

As a conclusion, RBD palm olein has better performance properties in terms of friction reduction (coefficient of friction) and wear resistance (anti-wear properties) at low and high speed.
All the data have been collected and were converted into friction coefficient using Eq.1 where Ff is a frictional force (N, lb), μ is a static (μs) or kinetic (μk) frictional coefficient and N is a normal force (N, lb) Ff = μ • N (3) The result for all conditions are shown in figure 2.

The “consistency and comparability” of “county-level data” over-time significantly “increased the difficulty” of “data acquisition”, resulting in a “limited” number of “indicators”.
In the future, the types of data can be “further expanded”, and the “interplay” between the improvement of “rural production”, “living, and ecological” environments prerequisites to be “considered to address” potential biases in the “assessment process” and expand the “evaluation system” of “rural human” reimbursement “environment sustainability indicators” [18].
As per the literature, the studies that have been done so far have been on Sustainable poverty reduction models for social economy and environment, “Urban sustainability” valuation for “traditional built environments”, Valuations of “microbial and heavy metal” contaminations in the “water supply systems” for Environment and Sustainable Development, sustainable urban tourism environment optimization and heating systems in the built environment.
Implementing waste reduction strategies, such as promoting reusable products and packaging, can also help to “reduce” the quantity of “waste generated” in the “first place”.

During combustion, competitive reaction of chlorination/sulphatation and oxidation/reduction
will lead to a partitioning of elements between flue-gas and ash phases.
This approach is closely linked with the evolution of non destructive methods to provide accurate data on corrosion distribution along the tubes.
Some studies refer to electrochemical monitoring using corrosion probes [27, 28] but lifetime of the probe, localisation of the probes and interpretation of electrochemical data seem to remain limiting factors in MSWI environnement, - identification of the performances of materials in MSWI conditions is required to be able to make the choice of materials in regards with operation conditions.
Such upgrading should be an important way to reduce CO emission (reduction condition), high velocity laminar flow, metal and gas temperatures spikes and finally decrease corrosion and erosion of superheaters, - geometry and the assembly of the different heat exchangers (screen tubes/superheaters) are also important ways of progress that may give interesting answers.
Acknowledgement Authors wish to acknowledge operators of Veolia Envionmental Services E-f-W facilities for their collaboration to collect suitable data and the useful discussion on maintenance operation.

This regenerative device control system using MCU by reading the temperature controller and pressure sensor data, output analog quantity to control the frequency converters, which control blower speed to achieve the control of air flow into the burner, to achieve temperature control.
MCU by reading the temperature controller and pressure sensor data, through the analog to control the inverter, the inverter controlled the air supply of blower, in order to achieve air temperature control.
Figure 10 is test results, experimental routes and bus reciprocating times is the same with improve before, as shown in Figure 8 can be seen the regeneration time shorten to 16 minutes or so, more than 50% reduction to meet the practical requirements.

Some algorithms including the gray scale processing, median filtering, edge detection and least square fitting method of measured data were analyzed to develop image processing and tool detection software of ball-end cutter.
The later method is demanding on the measurement environment, and it can only measure the simple structure; it is difficult to measure complex shape under the conditions of the cumbersome process of reading data and the long measurement time.
Common noise filtering methods mainly include mean filtering, median filtering, gradient inverse weighted method and noise reduction method [5].

Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and X-ray diffraction
patterns(XRD) data suggested that the nanoparticles were composed of Ag and PPy.
Silver nitrate(AgNO3), poly(vinylpyrrolidane) (PVP), ethyl cellulose and other chemicals were of analytical grade and were used without further purification. 2.2 Synthesis of Ag/PPy nanoparticles The Ag nanoparticles were synthesized by polyol reduction using PVP as the capping agent. 10mL 0.3M AgNO3-ethylene glycol solution and 6mL 0.15M PVP-ethylene glycol solution were injected simultaneously into 10mL ethylene glycol.
However, when the content reaches certain point, the adhesive attraction between enzyme film and platinum matrix will be reduced due to the decrease of their effective contact areas, which consequently causes the response current of enzyme electrode reduces. 2 4 6 8 10 12 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45 50 Current(uA) Content of Ag/PPy(wt%) Fig.7 Effect of the content of Ag/PPy on the response of the GOx electrode. 3.6 Response time, linear range and detection limit of GOx electrode According to the equilibrium current data in 5 mmol/L glucose 40.0±1.0 °C and pH value of 7.08, the current response of the enzyme electrode reaches 94% of its steady maximum value in 5 seconds, 97% in 12 seconds, and achieves the maximum in 16 seconds.

This is consistent with other published data.
The main stream has a high velocity due to the area reduction and friction causes re-circulation to occur in the gaps between the tubes due to low pressure in the separated wake regions.
This suggest that the prediction of separation and re-attachment angle in this study is agreed well with the published data.
