From the above numerical studies, the performance of the flapping vehicles can be improved by using the active flexible wing with the help of the materials science.
With regard to future designs, it is envisaged that the performance of flexible wings made by new materials or controlled by adaptive algorithm may well exceed those of rigid wings used by present micro flapping wing prototypes.

Silicon dioxide has been used as a gate oxide material for decades because it is robust, amorphous, thermally grown and thus have good thermodynamic and electrical stability.
Thus, in order to overcome this drawback the devices incorporating the gate material engineering (GME), proposed by Zhou and Long [7, 8], came into existence.
Furthermore, GME-TRC MOSFET exhibits the potential step in its potential profile since its gate made up of two different materials having different work function.

However, due to the rising cost of its raw materials such as vegetable oils, using of biodiesel is restricted.
Microbial lipid has many advantages like short production cycle, high production efficiency, and low cost, can be used to provide cheap and ample raw materials for biodiesel production.

But this theory is still hard to describe the plastic behaviors of metal materials under complex loading conditions.
The reason is that the influence of the actual complex microstructures and their deformation mechanism of the materials are not taken into account.
In the crystal coordinate system, the slip-planes of FCC materials are,, and .
And the inhomogeneous of the slip-bands is the visible characteristic caused by the inhomogeneous deformation inside materials.
