Studying the effects of hybrid reinforcement made of nano-zirconium oxide and chopped glass fibers for poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) denture bases, nano- ZrO2 (n ZrO2) at grain sizes (46.7 nm) which measured using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and different ratios on the mechanical characteristics was the aim of this study .To make the pure sample, a 2:1 powder to liquid ratio of typical acrylic resin was used.
It has been established that the average grain size of nZrO2 particles is (46.7 nm).
The glass fibers adhered to the fracture plane and protruded.The number of voids created by the drawn glass fibers was higher in group C than in group B.

With the increase of solution temperature, the number and size of secondary α phase increase significantly.
When the solution temperature increased from 980 ℃ to 1000 ℃, the grain boundary between primary α phase and β transformation structure decreased, and the resistance to dislocation slip decreased, which leads to the increase of plasticity.
The alloy heat-treated at 960 ℃/1 h/AC +650 ℃/6 h/AC had a large number of dimples, the depths of the dimples were deeper, but the sizes were uneven.
After 980 ℃/1 h/ AC +650 ℃/6 h/AC heat treatment, the alloy’s dimples were less in number, shallower in depth, and unevenly distributed, so the plasticity was the worst.
At the same time, the number of secondary α phase rises and the size augments. 3) Heat treatment can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the alloy at room temperature and high temperature.

For preliminary estimation of the physical processes taking place in the induction device, a calculation and an analysis of similarity criterion were carried out: magnetic Reynolds number Reм < 0,2 – electromagnetic task can be solved without the influence of the velocity field in metal; Hartmann number Ha > 29 – electromagnetic field has a significant influence on the melt movement; Reynolds number Re > 12000 – a turbulent mode of flows, application of turbulent models is needed; Rayleigh number Ra > 1330 – penetration of free-convection flows is possible, it is necessary to take thermal expansion of liquid metal into account.
To provide the exchange with the interpolation of electromagnetic and hydrodynamic parameters of the task, the algorithm of coupling of ANSYS and FLUENT was developed and implemented. [5] When turbulence models are used, the thermal conductivity consists of constant and turbulent components [6] are: (1) where Prt – turbulent Prandtl number ; c – heating capacity.
It is very rare that a direct numerical modelling is used due to high requirements to computational resources with big Reynolds numbers.

Texttraffic situation in China and comprehension of heavy-load traffic and overload Overload can be presented by axle-load acting number, tire and pavement, contact stress, and dynamic effect.
Current traffic condition in china can generalize a conclusion: high traffic condition and a large number of overload vehicle.
According to statistics, more than 154 above county-level ordinary highways are seriously destructed due to overloading transportation in Liaoning Province, and about 7,340,000 square meters of various types of highways are destructed, accounting for above 25% of total distance of above county-level highways, and 23,009 linear meters of bridges have dangers, accounting for about 6.5% of the total number of bridges.
However, with the influence of heavy traffic, common pavement disasters cover almost all types, such as common cracks including transverse cracks and longitudinal cracks, and extended fracturing and even potholes; and common deformation such as rutting, waves, subsidence and bump etc; and also prevalent unconsolidation, decrustation and grain shattering etc.

All over the world there are more than 1 billion scrap tires each year and in China the number of it is from 5000 to 60 million, and the increasing rate of it is about 15% per year [1].

The main cause of creep is nucleation as the growth of cavities on the grain boundaries [5][6].
Fig. 2 shows the curve of mesh number with von Misses stress observed in an element of the tube wall.
The mesh convergence indicates that an increase of the element number increases the stress.
The shape of the curve starts to converge starting at the element number of 22000.
The use of higher number of the mesh more than 22000 reaches a stable form.
