Recently, a great number of novel semiconductor photocatalysts have been carried out to enhance the photocatalytic efficiency under UV-light by some simple methods.
With further increasing temperature to 500℃, XRD patterns of the prepared samples was pure BaV2O6 in accord with JCPDS 73-1034, which indicated a better crystallinity and increased in grain size.
