Introduction Thick -walled cylinders have been widely used in practical engineering [1], such as the static deformation analysis of hydraulic elastic bulging roller and the retaining ring, the design of pressure vessel, pipeline engineering and so on.
Thick -walled cylinders by the action of internal pressure are common engineering structure, and also are the classic example of elastic and plastic mechanics [2].

Unfortunately, sufficient experimental samples are not always available or sometimes are too expensive to obtain, especially in many practical engineering problems.
Through the convex model, it is possible to conduct the uncertainty analysis and reliability design for many complex engineering problems lacking sufficient information.
Engineering example analysis Basic variables of corroded pipeline reliability analysis.

At this stage, many bridges have been severely corroded, improvement of the corrosion process is also drawing of more and more attention in the design of bridge engineering.
However, due to the backwardness of the anti-corrosion technology and not enough emphasis, some steel bridges rust, caused serious engineering accidents, such as the lasso rust off accident of Haiyin Bridge in Guangdong and suspender corrosion caused by falling deck accident of Yibin arch bridge in Sichuan, these two bridges, from being completed to occurred the accident, were just used less than 10 years.
The construction technology of Coating plays a very important role in the anti-corrosion engineering, to strengthen the construction supervision and reform construction techniques can effectively improve the corrosion protection effect.

Obviously, the actual target modes are not available to aid the test engineer in placement of the sensors prior to the test.
It has developed the traditional experience technology that needs engineers to select the structure position with larger amplitude to place sensors by comparing the measuring point modal kinetic energy.
