Based on the dynamic spherical cavity expansion(SCE) theory of the concrete materials and the analysis of the experimental data, both the model of the petaling penetration with low speed and the model of the round hole penetration with high speed are constructed to describe the penetration of the grooved-tapered projectile in this paper.
And the model of the petaling penetration with low speed and the model of the round hole penetration with high speed using the SCE theory of the concrete materials are built.

Introduction With the development of science and technology, people has realized the optical properties more and more deeply.
In this paper, the theory of optical coherence has been studied , and its application is also studied in measurement science, such as, long distance stellar diameter and material movement speed are measured and calculated in astronomy, modern measurement technology on length and its tiny changes is monitored, industrial parts surface quality is detected, spectrum wavelength and material fine spectral is analyzed, the refractive index and concentration are measured in the chemical industry .
