Introduction: Nanofluids are solid – liquid phase composite materials which are engineered by the suspension of nanoparticles (whose average size is approximately less than 100nm) in the conventional fluids which have enhanced heat transfer characteristics than the base fluid.

Introduction Control of microstructures that result from phase transformation during thermo-treatment in engineering materials is one of the ultimate goals of materials science.
Introducing an external field during thermo-treatment of materials by making use of the intrinsic change of nature of the corresponding phases offers the possibility for new microstructure tailoring techniques.
Steels are one of the ideal materials for such an application [1-14].
So far many studies on the effect of a high magnetic field have been targeted on these materials.

Experiment equipments and materials.
At the begining of cutting, the cutting situation was similar to that of cutting general steel materials.
Conclusions Ti-6Al-4V is one of the difficult-to-cut materials, and the tool wear experiments as water steam cooling and lubricating were carried out.
