So, during the plant reconstruction planning, a reasonable layout of the facility is an urgent need to improve the utilization of materials, equipment and human resources, and to improve production efficiency.
Raw materials in the production process are the rubber powder, rosin, additives, and pine tar.
In this paper, these raw materials are merged into one raw material storage to save space, construction and administrative costs.

PZT ceramic powder has been incorporated into cement material to form composite smart materials in earlier studies and showed promising outcome.
Through a series of MTS compression tests, feasibility of using cement-sand based PZT composite materials in civil engineering is evaluated.
The studies of the applications for the piezoelectric materials in civil engineering have been done as well.

Mining targets are divided into two general categories of materials: placer deposits, consisting of valuable minerals contained within river gravels, beach sands, and other unconsolidated materials; and lode deposits, where valuable minerals are found in veins, in layers, or in mineral grains generally distributed throughout a mass of actual rock.
using non-combustible, fire-resistant and non-sparking materials to build explosive material storage facilities and installing correct safety devices preventing unauthorised people from getting inside, ensuring that areas surrounding storage facilities for explosive materials are clear of rubbish, bushes, dry grass or trees within a 10-m radius and placing unused explosive materials in a protected location, as soon as practicable after charging is completed, etc.

Compared with the machining,it can save materials, make the trench metal fiber continual, and improve the corrosion resistance and the fatigue strength of the components[2].
(2) By means of the simulation studies, it is found that the parameters of the cold rolling process should be developed on fully considering the rolling equipment capacities and rough materials, and then the proper equipments and materials can be chosen to improve the stability and productivity of the working process
