Laser melting technology can improve the properties of coating by heating the surface of the workpiece and melting metallic powders together to form uniform structure with a laser beam.
We expect that the laser melted layer will be more homogeneous and dense and have excellent properties.

Based on the mechanical properties, EPS beads can be considered as pores [2], and cement matrix filled among EPS beads is considered as the pore-wall material.
In addition to cement matrix, EPS beads content and size are key factors impacting on PAC strength.
Roy studied the mechanical properties of PAC mixed by high-strength matrix materials and EPS beads, summed up the relational model of PAC strength, beads size and content of EPS [5].
PAC density has greater affect on the descending segment of stress-strain curve.

The information of initial corrosion damage morphology of aluminum alloy structure is of great importance, which will affect residual strength and residual life directly.
The degradation of material properties caused by the synergetic effect of cyclic stress and corrosion pits severely affects the integrity and safety of aircraft structures [1].
Fatigue property of corroded aluminum alloy with shot peening is a deserving of research.
Its mechanical properties are as follows: tensile strength is 510MPa, yield strength is 441MPa, elongation rate is 8% and Young’s modulus of elasticity is 71.7GPa.

The attractive factors for the extensive use of the composite materials are that the composites exhibit high strength, low density, and excellent corrosion and fatigue resistance than its competing metallic materials such as aluminium, steel etc.
Impact damage of composite laminates are affected by variety of different factors such as ply layup, total number of plies, fibre and matrix properties, impactor geometry, impact velocity and impact energy [3].

There are many factors that affect the choice.
To determine the best cutting parameters is a difficult thing because these factors are mutually restrictive [3].The right choice of cutting parameters is a very difficult assurance in the actual processing.
Generally, it should be determined by consulting cutting handbook, according to the processing properties, the processing request, the work piece’s material, the cutting tool's size and material performance, and other aspect, and it relays on the rich experience.

In the RTM process, there are some factors that should be known and controlled as the resin viscosity, injection pressure, content and arrangement of the fibers, porosity, process temperature and permeability of the porous media.
The pressure is discontinuous along the inter-element boundaries except at the middle nodes, and filling factors are associated with the mesh elements [12].
It is observed that the addition of CaCO3 affects slightly the permeability and increases the viscosity.
It is realized that the higher the concentration of CaCO3 in the resin, modifies slightly the permeability due to the inherent characteristics of the experimental method used for estimation of this parameter (rectilinear flow) and so varying the properties of the fibrous reinforcement.

The analysis show that under the normal and the earthquake conditions (excluding the rock mass damage and mechanical parameters decrese resulted from the lasting earthquake), The Daliushu Dam Site and the right dam abutment are still stable when the safety factor is assumed to be 0.802 under the lasting earthquake.
As for the effect of the strong earthquake, the rock has been done on the handling (eg, grouting, etc.) the rock will break again (destruction), the breaking of the rock in dam site during the earthquake, seismic moment of rock rupture, attenuation of mechanical properties and pore water pressure, the stability of rock mass under the hydrodynamic pressure superimposed, the relative information about the above research has not been found.
The aquifer is mainly affected by precipitation recharge and lateral groundwater recharge areas, lack of supply sources, indicating a greater depth of groundwater, and fluctuates with the seasons, water steep, slow runoff, water quality is poor.
At the normal high water level in the future, and the weak layer will have a softening and mud cavitation phenomenon due to moistureladen, and it’s mechanical property will be reduced obviously.
Which shows that in stability evaluation of rock in the meizoseismal area, we should not only consider the seismic forces, but also consider the larger reduction of parameters of rock structure and rock mechanics after the destruction of instant rock mass, and the significant reduction of stability of rock mass under the effect of continual earthquake and some other factors.

Besides, these alloys also suffer from strong anisotropy of mechanical properties [e.g. 1,2].
One of the traditional ways to improve the balance of alloy’s properties is the refinement of the structural components and enhancement of their spatial distribution within cast and wrought semi-products.
However, MIF has a quite rarely use for magnesium alloys resulting in the scarcity of the data on microstructural development and factors affecting their grain refinement.

Drilling force and temperature are the two most effective factors that affect the bone drilling quality which demands for a high degree stability of the drilled holes in order to make the screws grip the holes firmly.
In terms of the controlling of the drilling temperature, Udiljak stated that cutting speed, feed rate and drill specifications are the main factors influencing the temperature generation during the bone drilling [4].
Among the drill coatings, diamond coating, unlike other coatings which have contaminative elements that will do harm to the human body, has a good histocompatibility and self-lubrication property besides the enlargement of the drill life.
And the parameters of the micro-drilling experiment under the single factor test method are shown in Table 3.
(1) The coolant is also a factor affecting the drilling force and temperature, so the performance of the diamond coating under the condition of cooling should be tested in the subsequent research.
