China amingleima@gmail.com, bguilingwang@csece.cn, cmdm@csece.cn, albyu@gmail.com Keywords: Civil engineering, FRP, SHM, cable stayed bridge, durability Abstract.
Steel and concrete are the main buiding material of the civil engineering community, but with its easily errosion behaviour and CO2 discharge, it should be substituded with new materials.Fiber reiforcement polymer (FRP) is such a developped material, with its high strength to weight ratio, durability prolongation, hight stiffness to weight ratio and its fatigue resistance behaviour, it is now getting widely used in civil engineering.
In June 2011, China Transportation Ministry developped its engineering durability standard and encourage the Chinese civil engineers to use new non-steel materials into the construction industry [2].
FRP-bridge design method based on the equivalence of complex physical quantities. The Second International Forum on Advances in Structural Engineering, Dalian, 2008.10 [4] Mirmiran A, Shahawy M.

Advances in computer technology have enabled the use of computer-aided engineering (CAE) programs to predict where and how defects are likely to form, thereby facilitating the design of gating systems and thereby overcome the costs of conventional trial-and-error methods.

Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Al.
Test Description Test station: The tests were performed in the Department Laboratory for Research on Materials and Structures (certified by the Polish Centre for Accreditation – PCA AB 372) of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz, using a reversed bending fatigue testing machine (with rotational frequency 77 Hz).
The following software was installed in the PC computer: – VirtualCAM allowing two-way communication between PC and the thermographic camera via USB 2.0 interface; – CIRRUS Front End, which was the user interface used to control the CEDIP camera; and, – ALTAIR allowing downloading, storage and advanced processing of thermographic images.

Chinese students have to acquire basic knowledge in Heilongjiang Agricultural Engineering Vocational College for 2 years and further their study in Daegu Technical University for another 1.5 years, while Korean students vice versa.
Heilongjiang Agricultural Engineering Vocational College keeps close contract with Daegu Technical University in South Korea in recent years.
The double-campus model could not only help students acquire a fundamental theoretical knowledge in China, but also help them learn the latest research trends and advanced technology overseas.
Coupled with the profound Chinese cultural heritage, we have to welcome other countries’ seeking knowledge to ours together with learning advanced knowledge abroad.
School internationalization has taken this opportunity to catch up with the advanced higher education rapidly, to cultivate talents with internationalized competitiveness by learning the school running experience of higher education in developed countries.
