Through the validation, the forecast model of maritime accidents is feasible.
0 Introduction
With the development of our economy and the boost of our international trade, water transport has become more and more busy.Up to 2011, port throughput capacity of china is up to 83.2 billion tons which is 800 times more than that in the initial period of china, an increase of 14% more than that in 2008.
The water transportation becomes busier and ship traffic density is increasing constantly along with the development of water transportation, so safety of navigation of the ship is seriously effected.
At the same time, there is a trend towards bigger and more professional on vessels, which increases the risk of accident of ships.
This chapter, from the related factors analysis which has impact on maritime accident, adopts the most widely used error back propagation algorithm (BP algorithm, back propagation), based on the factors affecting the BP neural network prediction model, as the model’s self-organizing, adaptive, parallel processing characteristics and strong ability of nonlinear mapping, the maritime accident forecast has the traditional single model incomparable superiority and adaptability. [3] 1 The analysis of maritime accident influencing factors Water transportation system is a complex nonlinear system, so factors affecting the maritime accident are also complicated.
Shipping conditions mainly refers to the shipping industry developed degree, the more developed water transport is, the greater the amount of cargo transport is, the larger shipping amount is, it is bound to affect the traffic on water.

Big trees can increase the humidity and oxygen content in air, meanwhile their substantial amount of leaves can adsorb dust and play an important role in water conservation, and reduce rain’s erosion to the earth [1].
In big tree transplanting, because of the lack of professional tools, materials and machinery, human are main forces in most cases, and in such condition the soil balls are easy to collapse.
Water and soil erosion, flood and other natural disasters caused by the big trees transplanting.
Decline in ecological function of forests is the fundamental cause of water and soil erosion.
Destruction of forests will cause declining in their effects of containing water, holding soil, regulating runoff, reducing flood and preventing drought, and therefore result in water and soil erosion, irregular floods and droughts and even simultaneous happening of flood and drought.

It is a natural quartz sand, which is folded of rounded particles and the silica content is min. 98 %, fraction 0/2 mm and a moisture content of less than 0.2 %. [5]
The water was used from the water supply line.
This water is considered to be suitable according to ČSN EN 1008: Mixing water for concrete - Specification for sampling, testing and assessing the suitability of water, including water recovered from processes in the concrete industry, as mixing water for concrete [4] Activators are alkaline substances that bring into the system the alkaline environment that is required to start the hydration processes of blast furnace slag.
Sodium water glass and a anhydrous sodium metasilicate were used in the experiment.
All mixtures based on MKS reached higher values than those prepared with sodium water glass.
Greater deflection was achieved with the sodium water glass-activated mixture.

Fig.1 Wanlv Lake ecological tourism destination tourism throughout the years
1.2 Analysis of Ecological tourism product competitiveness
1.2.1 Calculation of fuzzy evaluation matrix method The whole ecological tourist destination covers an area of 1600 km2, forest covers an area of 1100 km2, water area is 370 km2 (68 times the Hangzhou West Lake).
There are two scenic spots---Xinfeng River National Forest Park and Xingang Provincial Nature Reserve, which was composed of eight scenic spots, Phoenix Island, Mirror Flower Ridge, Water Guanyin, Jinghuayuan, Guishan Mount., Green Valley, Hidden Bay, Hakka Custom Street.
The city's forest coverage rate is 72% (Wanlv Lake forest coverage rate reaches 98.8%, the average depth is 35 meters, having kept in water quality class I for 40 years with no acid rain all the year round).
Following the trend of the advocation and pursuit of health in modern society, by focusing on creating "Hakka spirit", expressed by ecological culture, Hakka culture and water culture of Wanlv Lake, make ecological culture "land", if not, culture building would be failed.
Therefore, the government should enhance monitoring work of the tourism investment management team with professional knowledge and consciousness of environmental protection.

Introduction of TK-2DC Software Numerical simulation software TK-2DC used for river flow and sediment (hereinafter referred as "TK-2DC") is a professional software applied to marine traffic engineering, hydropower engineering, etc.
Computing core of TK-2DC software adopts river flow-sediment computation program, development of which is started by Tianjin Water Transport Engineering Science Institute, Ministry of Transport at the end of 1980s and which is improved constantly by many experts [3].
Performance test analysis is carried out to parallel program (test environment as shown in Table 1) with Deepcom 1800 high-performance computation server in Tianjin Water Transport Engineering Science Institute, Ministry of Transport as a platform.

Determine the energy-saving program
Mentioned in the general case of building energy saving, includes the transformation of the construction, HVAC, electrical and other professional content.
There are a lot of energy-saving technologies for the roof , such as Insulation materials roof, overhead roof, planted roofs, water storage roof, etc..
So, the overhead roof, planted roofs, water storage, roof, etc. which are mainly aimed at heat proof, will not be discussed here.
Flat roof construction has two functions according to the relative position of insulation layer and water proof layer, normal and inversion, as shown in Fig.3 and Fig.4.
Insulation materials have low water absorption and high weather resistance are commonly used such as plastic benzoic board and polyurethane foam.

The things its play value being more implied (such as sand, water, soil, trees) have more creative in play than playing slide and swing its value being specific In fact, children's activities are often beyond the content being design for them.
The pool water should be changed regularly.
Children play and splash water in the summer which is most welcomed play project.
In the winter cold areas we may empty the pool water, change into a sand pit to increase its utilization, with ice activities to increase the use of outdoor space in winter
It is not an easy problem which depends on many factors including social attitudes, culture, environment, education, professional theoretical research and design institute mechanisms, implementation strategies, and so on.

The technology of making the construction material was not difficult: the clay was processed immediately at the construction site, mixed with water, crushed until a sticky mass was obtained, and then placed in molds with the addition of straw or mainly on a base made of a wooden frame.
Considering the origin of the clusters of construction system, the chronology of their development, the course, the changes they have undergone, the preservation, it can be concluded that they, having undergone changes due to the appearance of new materials over time, have still manifested themselves as a permanent building material (thermal insulation, stability, water resistance, etc.).
· Implementation of new research projects: professional research can reveal new details about chronological layers; · Reconstruction of historical environments · Tourism development (tourism cluster formation) · Proposals for new investment programs (emergence of new attractive environments, new objects of interest); · Community development.

Introduction
Because our country is a mountainous country, In western large-scale hydropower engineering construction process, usually accompanied by mass immigration new towns and settlements of construction, and new settlement streets, houses, infrastructure and railways, roads, ports and other professional facilities construction[1-6].Due to the restriction of geographic and geomorphic conditions, inevitable involving generous amount excavation and filling in the construction, thus, forming a massive high cutting slopes, as shown in figure 1~2.
