Abstract: The performance of asphalt concrete mixed with 3 types of fine aggregate respectively (i.e. natural sand, limestone, basalt) are compared.
The paper studies the influence of different fine aggregates (natural sand and machine-made sand) on the high temperature performance and water stability of asphalt concrete,and provide a reference for engineering application of aggregate.
As a common material of civil engineering, it has been explored excessively, which leads to certain influence towards the environment.
