However, titanium and its alloys are usually considered as extremely difficult to cut materials because of their low modulus of elasticity, high chemical reactivity with cutting tool material and its high stress and strength ratio at elevated temperature makes the machining further difficult [3, 4].

There are about 210 kinds of material models in the program LS-DYNA.
In the paper, material Type-96 (Material-Brittle-Damage) is chosen to model the concrete, which is considered large strain, high strain rate and high pressure effects.
Both longitudinal reinforcements and hoops are modeled with material model Type-3(material-plastic-kinematic) offered in LS-DYNA.

SLS’s appearance provide a new direction for the research in many fields like medicine, nano-materials, new materials, and so on[8,9].
However, the most of the researches are aimed at organic, non-metallic materials.
Experiment Materials The experimental material is the powder mixed metal with organic resin.
The chemical composition and properties of the materials was shown in Table 1 and Table 2 below.

Failure Analysis of Metallic Materials in Sheet Metal Forming using Finite Element Method Pedro Teixeira2,a , Abel D.
The optimisation of sheet metal processes by using numerical simulations has become a key factor to a continuously increasing requirement for time and cost efficiency, for quality improvement and materials saving, in many manufacturing areas such as automotive, aerospace, building, packaging and electronic industries.
The introduction of new materials brought new challenges to sheet metal forming processes.

Introduction Impacts of applied or residual stresses on grain boundary wetting process in polycrystalline materials and on their subsequent behaviour are highly variable.
At greater amount of wet GB's in stressed materials, a further percolation transition can occur: continuous solid framework would disappear, implying a dramatic increase in deformability.
Results obtained on the system NaCl /water seem to be promising, and their extending to other materials will be subject for future work.
