Preface It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 2013 3rd International Symposium on Chemical Engineering and Material Properties (ISCEMP 2013) in Sanya, China.
ISCEMP 2013 is the first conference dedicated to issues related to Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information technology, Manufacturing, Automation, Control, Mechatronics, Measurement and Monitoring, Control and Management, Materials Science, Power Systems and Electronics, Computing Methods and Algorithms, Electric Applications, Environmental and Civil Engineering.

The content of this paper are possibilities of using round timber in various public facilities structures (e.g. children´s playgrounds) and in engineering constructions (e.g. watchtowers, bridges and footbridges).

Conclusions The phenomenon of using shovels, buckets, baskets or trolleys to measure materials is plentiful in China, which has induced a lot of poor engineering.
Monitoring and timely adjusting formulation in fresh concrete are efficacious means of insuring engineering quality.

Conclusion This article by ANSYS finite element software to practical engineering of 8 #, 68 # nodes set up direct penetration welding space complex phase steel pipe node model, and USES the way of loading at the same time, the nodes in the stress process are analyzed, at the same time refer to the relevant literature, the following basic conclusion: The First: By 8 #, 68 # node modeling analysis, obtained for the same bar at the same time loading cases, the maximum of the applied load in elastic stage, provide the basis for laboratory test load.
