Eigenfaces technology uses Principal Component Analysis algorithm for dimensionality reduction and feature extraction.
The Principal Component Analysis is a data dimensionality reduction technique, in this method, several eigenvectors that correspond with the first largest eigenvalues of the covariance matrix of the training set are chosen to constitute a basis, and then any face can be described as linear combinations of this basis.

In contrast, the activation energy values in the three doped Al2O3 are 750-830 kJ/mol, which are about twice as large as the activation energy in undoped Al2O3 and even larger than the reported activation energy data for lattice diffusion of Al3+ or O 2- ions [10,11].
The marked reduction in creep strain rate with cation doping results from cations segregation in grain boundaries probably due to the suppression of grain boundary diffusion.
However our recent analysis on the codoping effect in Al2O3 revealed that the creep rate or grain boundary dittusiviy cannot be explained from the product of net charge values in contrast to the data of Figure 5.
BaTiO3 containing a suitable amount of BaZrO3 for example, has an extremely high and fairly flat peak values of dielectric constant near room temperature due to the reduction in the transition temperature.

Objectives of the current research are studying experimentally, the development of biocompatible coating on the surface of 316 Austenitic Stainless steel alloy using ceramic nano-particles TiO2 by EPD technique, investigate the effect of suspension composition and EPD processing factors (time deposition and voltage deposition) to reach the optimal coating conditions of samples and the reduction of contact angle wettability and dissolution behavior of metallic implants in (NaCl 0.9% and Ringer's solutions). 2.
SEM of coatings surface (a) austenitic stainless steel 316L, and layer coating TiO2 (b) time deposition 2 min,(c) time deposition 4 min and (d) time deposition 6 min. 3.2 Surface Roughness Data regarding the roughness of the substrate and plated samples has been illustrated in Table (4).
Experimental data micro-hardness of the coated and uncoated samples Specimen Vickers Hardness (HV) Substrate 460 (TiO2) a plated(20V,4 min) 1235 (TiO2) a plated(20V,2 min) 1483 (TiO2) a plated(20V,6 min) 1380 3.5 Wettability The surface of uncoated austenitic stainless steel 316L surface sample has a higher aqueous contact angle of 75.2° and indicates a less hydrophilic surface compared to the coated samples that presents a contact angle of test values as illustrated in Table (6).
The results of previous research indicate that the high surface wettability and surface roughness at the micron scale were for the synergistic effect of reduction on cell adhesion and growth.

Based on above facts, an Al2O3/LaAlO3/SiO2 gate stack on planar SiC MOSFETs has been demonstrated to achieve a 40% reduction in channel resistance, negligible transfer hysteresis, better threshold voltage stability, and longer short-circuit withstand time, compared to the conventional SiO2 gate devices [5, 6].
The cause is most likely related to the O2 annealing for the Al2O3/LaAlO3/SiO2 device, which can deteriorate the passivated deposited-SiO2/SiC interface and lead to a reduction in the channel mobility.
Figures 8 (a) and (b) show experimental data of the mobility on (1120) channel plane for the Al2O3/LaAlO3/SiO2 trench gate MOSFET at 300K and 450K, respectively.
For all channel planes, the calculated total mobility is well agreed with the experimental data of the mobility.

Mechanical characteristics Sample Vickers microhardness (HV0.2) Tensile properties Zone A [HRC] Zone B [HRC] Zone C [HRC] σUTS [MPa] σ0.2 [MPa] εf [%] Initial / case-hardened AMS 6265 62.2 61.6 46.8 1246 1092 5.05 SMT-SP processed AMS 6265 (d1 = 0.3 mm, p2 = 5 bar, t4 = 35 min) 65.5 61.5 45.2 1319 1114 4.94 Analyzing the data in Table 2, one can observe that the Vickers microhardness values obtained for zones A and B are very similar to the measurements of surface hardness (62.18 HRC, average value), indicating the impact of case-hardening treatment.
However, a slight enhancement of ultimate tensile strength and yield strength, along with a slight reduction in elongation to fracture, can be observed in the material subjected to the SP treatment.
While some slight enhancements in ultimate tensile strength and yield strength, coupled with a small reduction in elongation to fracture, are observed in the tensile tests as the values for the treatment parameters are increasing, it can be concluded that SMT-SP processing exhibits no significant impact on tensile mechanical properties of the material.
