If the die roll height of power transfer part like gear is large, then a structural defect can occur due to the reduction of power transfer surface.
The die roll heights of three fine blanked gear samples were measured in optical measurement inspection system(Datastar 200) and Table 4 shows the measured data of die roll heights on the gear samples.

The X-ray diffractograms were recorded from 5 to 40° of 2θ (Bragg angle) by a goniometer equipped with scintillation counter at a scanning speed of 0.02°/s and sampling rate of 2 data/s.

The LVDT was installed in the middle of the beam to record the data of a vertical deflection.
The two supports were placed at the end of the beam and the actual location of the support is 250mm from both ends as shown in Figure 1 The load applied for this test was controlled manually and all the data appeared on the computer that are connected to the machine, The cracks that developed on the beam are marked using permanent marker at all load level applied on the beam The beam was tested until it reaches the ultimate load.
Figure 1: Beam setup for test Experimental Results All the data of the tested beams, such as the ultimate load, deflection at ultimate load, and mode of failure are given in Table 2.
It can be seen that the rate of deflection per unit load is higher after the initial crack appear which is an indication of the reduction in the stiffness of the cracked beam.

The impact force measuring system consists of BK-2B unidirectional force cell, signal amplifier, PCI-8360 data acquisition card and special processing software.
In this research, to increase the information amount of experiment data and to enhance accuracy of the prediction model, the orthogonal experimental design and regression analysis method are used to establish the impact force model.
Therefore, the inner pressure of micro-detonation will decrease, causing the reduction of impact force.
Using data in Table 1, the test results can be obtained and are listed in Table 2.
