Generally, sensory evaluation of tea quality is estimated through the judgment of the professional tea tasters according to five evaluation elements, namely appearance of both dry and infused tea leaves, aroma, liquor color and taste of the brewed tea liquor [2].
For each sample, 3g tea was infused with 150mL freshly boiled distilled water for 5min.
Distilled water was used to rinse the sensors between the measurements.
Then, 0.5mL distilled water, 0.5mL phosphoric acid buffer fluid with PH value of 8 and 0. 5mL 2% ninhydrin were added into the volumetric flask.
