The main elements of Fe in stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti and Co in the cutting tool material are belong to the ⅧB group element, There are the physical properties of two elements in table 4, the analysis results show that, there have strong affinity between blade material and workpiece material.

The results pay the way for the preparation of silicon quantum dots thin film materials
Introduction Due to the quantum size effect, the luminescent properties of silicon nanoparticles are better than bulk silicon materials.
Silicon nitride materials containing silicon nanoparticles not only present a narrow forbidden band width, but also show superior quantum size effect.
This lays the foundation for the next step in the preparation of Si-rich silicon nitride film materials containing silicon quantum dots.
