As a new type of detector material, the CdZnTe (CZT) crystal has the advantages such as a wide energy gap, a large average atomic number, the strong ability to stop X- ray and high resistivity.
It shows that there are dislocation and grain boundary defects near the interface, which may be due to the mechanical polishing on the CZT surface.

Two and four weeks after inoculation, in two out of four columns (one each sterile and biological), 1.2 g of finely ground NPR (<36 µm grain size) was dispersed evenly on top of the lignite.
Before the NPR addition and after 2, 4 and 10 weeks 1 g wet weight lignite was removed from the centre of the columns to quantify acidophilic iron-oxidizing, acidophilic sulfur-oxidizing prokaryotes, acidophilic and neutrophilic heterotrophs with the most probable number (MPN) technique [14].
NPR led concurrently to a reduction in the number of acidophilic iron oxidizers.
The number of sulfur-oxidizing acidophiles was also reduced due to addition of NPR, although their numbers were generally low.

After culturing at 37°C for 24h, the number of survival bacteria is computed.
From Table 3, it can be seen clearly that the number of survival bacteria in antibacterial material filtrate is obviously decreased compared with that of control sample.
Furthermore, by comparing the numbers of survival bacteria between filtrate and suspension, in which the bacteriostasis power of suspension is stronger than that of filtrate, we can suggest that the contact antibacterial action was effective besides the stripping antibacterial action in the suspension, which indicates that the antibacterial mechanism of our materials can be proposed by the combination of stripping and contact antibacterial mechanism. 4 Conclusions The white carbon black carrier was prepared by the sol-gel method system, and the Ag-inorganic antibacterial material containing lanthanum was synthesized by adhering to Ag + and lanthanum nitrate on the white carbon black carrier under the certain condition.
