Abstract: The new process electroless Sn deposition on cast AZ61 was revealed, which employed to AZ61 magnesium alloy automobile parts and could provide high wear-resistant and high hardness.

Introduction The growth of 3C-SiC on Si substrates offers the prospect of a low cost, high performance semiconductor film for advanced electronic and mechanical devices and sensors.
This paper reports on a high-quality CVD process to grow heteroepitaxially 3C-SiC on (111)Si substrates for possible use in advanced electronic device and MEMS applications.

As it can be observed the weld obtained with a tool advancing speed of 400 mm/min is characterized a perfect bonding, with the material coming from the thick blank on the retreating side and being shifted to the thin sheet on the advancing side.
