l The maintenance and management personnel’s lack professional knowledge: Because the green facades are not usual school facilities in Taiwan, the maintenance and management personnel indicate that they do not know how to carry out daily maintenance and management for watering facilities and climbing plant supports.
This results in them not being able to complete the maintenance and management works and can only carry out cutting, watering and cleaning works for the plants.

Abstract.
With the development of Internet of things technology, its application area will continue to expand in the future, involving the fields of military, economy, construction, traffic control, water supply and drainage network, medical and health care management and logistics services[4].
In the design of link line, the highway, railway, water transport in the supply chain, aviation, pipeline etc. are set as the sides in the link line of the network.
As analysis as above, the logistics loads for the failure node, it is: (4) The lines which are connected with the nodes, such as air, water, transportation, etc. the load capacity of these lines can be expressed as: Connected with the node edge, namely logistics supply chain in the supply channels such as air, water, transportation, and these edges, and the load capacity of these edges, expressed as: , , (5) From formula (4), we can get: (6) Where, assumed , then, , we can get that the load of nodes is equal to half of the sum of adjacent edge load, namely that the material flow capacity is equivalent to half of total logistics of its adjacent edge line.

where the athletes exercise by rowing a boat fixed in the pool, are used in the professional area.
Motions of rowing and its parameters The rowing stroke is made primarily of four phases: 1) the catch (compression of the body and smooth placement of the oar in water, rapid entry into the water and immediate power generation); 2) the drive: leg emphasis (maximal power generation from the legs); body swing emphasis (as the knees continue through their extension the hip and back are extended and the arm-pull begins); arm pull through emphasis (the upper extremities are forcibly contracting to finish the drive); 3) the finish (the knees remain extended and the ankles remain plantar flexed, while the hips finish extending); 4) the recovery (extension of the arms, followed by the flexion of the truck, once the hands have cleared the knees, the slide starts to move forward).
The rowing force and parameters of movements during the exercises on training facility Concept II, an academic (sculling) rowing simulator in the pool of Lithuanian Academy of Physical Education and real academic rowing in the Birstonas water sports base on river Nemunas have been measured experimentally.
The on water training motion parameters were measured by means of Motion capture system and the rowing force was measured by using wireless equipment provided by "Baltec CNC Technologies" (Kaunas, Lithuania), consisting of the strain gauge type force sensor attached to the oar, data processing block and portable PC with software for measurements and data processing.

Abstract.
WH7401-50B type electric mixer; Heating temperature water-bath; Electronic analysis balance; C, H, N element analysis were determined by vario EL type element analyzer ; Eu, Gd content were determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer ; Infrared spectrum were determined by HBRUKER TENSOR and Fourier infrared spectrometer, KBr pressure; Fluorescence performance were determined by RF-5301 fluorescence spectrophotometer Synthesis of EuxGd(1-x)(POA) (TTA)2Phen doped Complexes.
According to the mole ratio of 1:2 , mix Eucl3 and Gdcl3 solution and TTA , adjust pH value to 5.5, water bath heating, mixing 40 min, then according to the EuxGd(1-x)(POA)(TTA)2Phen chemical formula proportion added Phen, POA to the reaction mixture , adjust pH value to 7.0, turn into the airtight container, 120°C temperature reaction 8h, then cooled to the room temperature, followed by filtration and wathing with distinction water and 95% ethyl alcohol , then dried to get series doped products.
The series doping complexes are light yellow solid powder, insoluble in water, ethanol and methanol, soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide, DMF solvents.
