The properties of the heat-affected subzones basically depend on the heat input, the number of heat cycles, and the base material.

The service components of ocean fishing vessel and its operating smart system come from two ways: the first is to encapsulate original system functions so that investment can be protected efficiently, after original information management system of ocean fishing vessels was encapsulated by means of SOAP, WSD, UDDI series standard. and then the information system can be used through network, the business components, coarse-grain function components and shared computer resources in original information system are expressed by means of service; the second is that the developed service components facing the new demands and encapsulated service components by expended web service not only can shield heterogeneous operating systems, network and programming language but also the heterogeneity of traditional middleware, and support open, dynamic interoperate model.
