At present, there are many materials satisfying the requirements, such as pure graphite bipolar plate, injection bipolar plate, expanded graphite bipolar plate, composite bipolar plate and metallic bipolar plate.
ASYS/LS-DYNA is a general explicit nonlinear dynamic analysis of finite element program, and can simulate the real world of various complicated nonlinear (large displacement, several big change and large strain), material nonlinearity (140 kinds of materials) and dynamic simulation of nonlinear (50) contact.

However, THF is hard to manufacture the hollow thin-walled parts which have big length-radius and complex cross-sectional, due to the bad filling property and thinner wall thickness of tube if the materials in axial of tube can not be supplied in time.

Silicate-based luminescent materials have good chemical and thermal stability, simple synthesis process, low-cost raw materials and easy availability.
The samples are prepared by high temperature solid phase reaction method,, design formula according to chemical formula M0.955Al2–xGaxSi2O8 (M=Ca, Sr, Ba; x = 0~1.0), accurately weigh each raw material CaCO3(AR), SrCO3(AR) , BaCO3(AR), Ga2O3(99.99%), Al(OH)3(AR), H2SiO3(AR), Eu2O3(99.99%), add appropriate amount of flux H3BO3(GR), grind and mix thoroughly in an agate mortar Evenly, put it into a corundum crucible, and pre-fire for 2.5h in a muffle furnace at 1000°C in a weak reducing atmosphere.
