2 The principle of measurement
The structure of triangular laser method is easy and fast responded and easy to fulfill online data process, now it is be used more and more in industry measure field[6-8].

The electrical properties of 0.01 mol%V2O5-doped ZnO varistor ceramics were measured by a DC parameter instrument, and after computing the test datas, the nonlinear coefficient is 25, the leakage current density is 0.02 µA/mm2 and the voltage gradient is 31.1 V/mm.
The electrical properties datas are summarized in Table 1.
The datas of the curve in the Fig.3 are consistent with the electrical properties datas in Table 1.
Moreover, a reduction of V5+ to V4+ would occur at high temperatures, and the V4+ ion has an ionic radius of ~ 0.61 Ǻ, which is close to that of Zn2+.
On the basis of the grain boundary defect model, an analysis procedure using the E-J experimental datas had been satisfactorily applied to calculate the grain boundary parameters.

Our data seems to follow the predicted Bloch behavior; however, best fit is only obtained when a and b both left as free-fitting parameters.
The excellent agreement with experimental data by varying both these parameters is shown in Figs. 3(a-c).

As shown in Fig. 2, the symmetrical center of the blade is taken as the locating datum of the segment, and for every piece of the saw blades, the thickness is accurately checked and calculated by using sensor and with data processing unit.

3.4.1 Time domain analysis

The data before and after starting the SRE suppression circuit for about 8 minutes are intercepted for the data analysis.
Although the experimental data in time domain display 1-7Hz alternating electric field strength from 2.86×10-4V/m down to 0.72×10-4V/m, approximately 75% reduction.
