Thickness calculation of roof sloping layer Qiheng Wang Department of Resources and Environmental Engineering, Anhui Technical College of Water Resources and Hydroelectric Power, Hefei 231603,China Wqh489@126.com Keywords: roof, energy saving, the sloping layer, thickness Abstract.
But because its thickness is variable, in engineering practice it is difficult to accurately determine the thickness.
As common civil buildings, there are two sorts of roofs, flat roofs and sloping roofs.

This search is driven by the attempt to reduce the civil use of high-enriched material because of proliferation risks and terrorist threats.
Because of the proliferation risks associated to the high enrichment of the fissile material used, the US-DOE has started a program for Reduced Enrichment for Research and Test Reactors (RERTR) in 1978 to reduce and eventually eliminate the civil use of high-enriched uranium [1].
In the framework of the SELENIUM project (Surface Engineering of Low ENrIched Uranium Molybdenum fuel), the Belgian nuclear research centre SCK•CEN is currently developing coated fuel particles, in which the Si is directly applied where it can play its role : at the kernel-matrix interface, i.e. as a coating layer on the fuel particles.
